What a dreadful place. Rooms are absolutley tiny - even by Parisian standards - you couldnt even walk around the bed! Think Japanese capsue-style accomodation and your getting close. No soap in the bathroom (bit of a misnomer - no bath - it could only jsut fit a small shower in!) - in fact no soap in the hotel I... More

The hotel itself is new and well located, but the manager is incredibly rude! On the day that I was checking out, while I packed my suitcase to go to the airport, I noticed that my lingerie bag full of Victoria Secret's underwear worth over US$400 had disappeared from the room. I was in shock! Would it be possible that... More

The hotel was in a fantastic location and has recently been refurbished, which has the makings of a perfect business hotel. But.... the staff there were absolutely terrible. I needed an iron and ironing board for my business trip - a fairly standard request. I asked for it on arrival at 6:30pm, then followed up at 7:30pm on my way... More

Not only were we told upon arrival that our rooms had been given to other clients (and we had made the booking over a month earlier and secured the rooms!) and we were sent to other hotels nearby but the way it was done was atrocious i.e. no excuses made at all and treating us with total disrespect - which... The hotel is very nice, It has been redecorated just recently. The rooms are spacious and got very nice design. The location is good as well, One of the main streets (Malesherbes) is right on the corner. However, the sink pipes were leaking and after 3 days of making notes to the concierge, nothing has been done. All in all... More

This was my first visit to Paris and as I'm so fussy when it comes to hotels I was really keen to get it right. Having reviewed so many hotels i finally decided upon the Hotel Park Lane Paris and upon arrival i was very pleased with my choice. The rooms are smaller than most hotel rooms but i'm informed... Stayed in Park Lane when spouse had to attend busines. The room (503) is newly decorated with an efficient air-conditioning, double-glazed without noise from the street. The location is nice, walking distance to the Madleine, and the grand magasins. If your room rate does not include breakfast, you might enjoy eating a croissant outside better.

Having stayed in Paris quite often I am used to either tiny bedrooms or exhorbitant prices. Hotel Park Lane looked too good to be true on the website but it was perfectly located for my business meeting so I booked in. The room was not huge but bigger than many I have staying in and I actually had a bath... More

I prepaid for 2 nights at 150euro per night for a saturday & sunday. When I prepaid this hotel 2 weeks before my arrival, I actually called in to confirm with the receptionist that I would only stay in the hotel if i can be located on the 5/F where it has a big balcony. I even wrote this remarks... More
