We stayed at this hotel on the final leg of our first trip to Europe. On our arrival and check in at approximately 7.30pm Tuesday 15 July 2014 for our six nights booked and paid for we were handed the entry card to our room. When we opened the door to room 402 we found it had not been cleaned.... More

you pay for the location, the four stars are definately given because of the 24h open reception. we stayed at double superior, nothing very superior over it, average room, but in case you are all up for the location, its very nice spot.

The room we stated at was small but I mean it's Paris so I didn't expect much room anyways… *Cons -Small Fridge wasn't working -The cover has stains -Carpet has stains *Pros -Good Location. It's close to Église De La Madeleine. We took the taxi few times from the Arc De Triomphe Avenue Des Champs-Élysées because we got tired of... More

The breakfast was below standards. But to me shock on the 30 may the hotel has charged me approximate 20 euros on my... More

I carefully chose this hotel based on reviews, excellent location, 4 star property and friendly staff. However upon arrival to this hotel we were told the property was sold out although I had a confirmed reservation and they were transferring me to another property. He (Front Desk Reception) called a taxi to drop us off. The taxi arrived 20 minutes... More

Booked as a birthday gift from my partner. He had chosen it based on internet pictures, location and 4-star rating. It is modern, clean and well decorated, however the rooms are small (despite being "superior") and a few basic things lacking to make it a proper 4-star. More a 3 and a half. Staff were friendly and helpful and the... More

One thing I didn't like about it is the bathroom. The bathtub door can only be closed halfway, so the water from the shower splashes everywhere, making the floor wet. I had to put towels in the tub to prevent the water from splashing. The breakfast venue is too small, its like a dungeon. The waitress were not so friendly.... More

Advertisements announce "De luxe" hotel. It must not be this one. At least my room was so small, we could only see a wall through our window, no restaurant but catacomb room( -2 floor, without any natural light) only for breakfast. Nothing to mention, but average breakfast. The worse, the bathroom. The fan always working day and night, and very... More

Just back from two nights in hotel. Hotel is located in a very convenient location within easy walk of metro and attractions. Room was small but nice and tidy. Coffee / tea making in room but no milk or even substitute . Rang reception to ask for some and was told that it's not available until breakfast. This was disappointing... More
