Advertisements announce "De luxe" hotel. It must not be this one. At least my room was so small, we could only see a wall through our window, no restaurant but catacomb room( -2 floor, without any natural light) only for breakfast. Nothing to mention, but average breakfast. The worse, the bathroom. The fan always working day and night, and very... More

Just back from two nights in hotel. Hotel is located in a very convenient location within easy walk of metro and attractions. Room was small but nice and tidy. Coffee / tea making in room but no milk or even substitute . Rang reception to ask for some and was told that it's not available until breakfast. This was disappointing... More

Just back from a three night stay at this lovely modern little hotel. Its ideally located 10 minutes walk from the champs elysees and lots of little metro stations. The room was compact however had everything in it we required for a weekend of sight seeing and was nice and clean to put your head down at the end of... More

Really good value. Smallish room, good bed, well fitted out with good (although narrow) shower / bathroom. Excellent breakfast. No complaints. Smart reception area with good seating and international papers available.

As a travel agent escorting my own clients I chose this hotel for its location to Les Champs Elysees in July this year. never again. Very under-par. The man behind reception could not find our reservations (5 deluxe rooms) and told me sit and wait with my clients without any apology, assistance or briefing. After an hour of waiting our... More

We had 2 rooms for 8 days from August 23 to 30. 1. Unfortunately, the Ac was not working the first day and they change the room the next day, and we had to move all our things. 2. As for the new room, the minibar doesn't work (room 604), when I complained, they replied that the technician is not... More

We stayed 5 nights here and were very pleased with almost every aspect of the hotel. As our stay included our wedding anniversary, we asked for, and were given at no extra cost, a room with a balcony (we were also offered a free upgrade to a superior room). The staff were friendly and efficient and the room was all... More

Our driver deposited my wife and I at the Park Lane Hotel and were warmly greeted despite the cold Paris weather. A very unusual building with a fairly small elevator which required the porter to await its return before bringing our luggage up. The size of the room was a tad disappointing as we were in Europe for 10 weeks... More

We stayed 7 days here.Service was A plus. The check in staff was good and spoke English well enough for us to hold a conversation. The maids were always so patient when we had to say come back later. It is close to the Metro and about 15 minutes walk from L'Open Tour bus stop.I never touched the open bar in... More

Booked here because I had an appointment nearby next morning. Didn't take too much to realize that the hotel is built above the subway! Small room, not even space to place luggage, very poor wifi connection but nice and gentle night doorman.
