No towels in the room when I arrived. The fridge blew up (yes !!) in the middle of the night releasing a toxic gas which hurt my eyes and throat ! No milk for breakfast during multiple days ! The staff are not at fault - there are only 6 people working for around 50 rooms. It's the owners taking... More

Dear Sir, Thank you for your review post in trip advisor, we take good notes of your comments. We are a little bit surprised of your comment regarding our minibar as they do not contain gas and if it really blew up it would disturbing and worried also the other guest because of the noise caused by the explosion, but... Stayed in October 2009 (October 2013 was chosen because my visit date was not available). Located very central to Paris. As a frequent traveler to the South of France, but not to Paris, our cab made a recommendation and took us to the hotel for a one nighter (layover). I have had many lay over experiences in Paris, but this... More

Hotel is 8 years old with no sound proofing. Rooms facing the road are extremely noisy so don't expect a sleep in. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Small room with room for just one suitcase open at a time. No milk for your coffee and you would be lucky to have replacement tea, coffee and sugar. We found mouldy cheese... More

Centrally located in the 8th arrondisement and close to Place Madeleine, the Opera and the train stations of St Augustine and St Lazare. OK self service breakfast buffet included with free wi-fi in the room. Friendly Paris style receptionist/concierge. If you come from Charles de Gaulle airport take the RER train to Chatelet and then the Metro to St Lazare... More

Small rooms but very clean for paris. Reception guys were very friendly and helpful, however the other staff weren't that good, they were a bit rude and careless, you would be told that breakfast is until 10:30 but they stop serving and close everything at 10:20, one more thing an unleashed puppy was running around the lobby and I don't... The hotel room was booked for its close proximity to the underground and it is also central for the Champs Elysees. The room was small but clean and modern. The bathroom area was again small but had a bath and shower. There was also a hairdryer. My partner and I stayed for two nights at the end of July 2014... More

I booked this holiday on lastminute.com, it was very good value for money. The room was comfortable and functional. Great location and the reception employees were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. I stayed in June so a little while ago. The hotel is located about 5 minutes away from the metro and about 15 minutes from the... More

We stayed at this hotel on the final leg of our first trip to Europe. On our arrival and check in at approximately 7.30pm Tuesday 15 July 2014 for our six nights booked and paid for we were handed the entry card to our room. When we opened the door to room 402 we found it had not been cleaned.... More

you pay for the location, the four stars are definately given because of the 24h open reception. we stayed at double superior, nothing very superior over it, average room, but in case you are all up for the location, its very nice spot.
