When I first arrived I was delighted to see that this hotel was just what I expected, very simple and okay low budget hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. In my first room in the second floor i found some bugs living around the sink, and walls around, some kind of mini ants. The sink was also leaking to... More

We were given a room on the 5th floor (no elevator) at the end of a narrow corridor. In case of fire we would have been in serious trouble as there was only one set of wooden stairs. There was one toilet for the entire floor, one shower for two floors. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by a... More

I go to Paris often and I always stay in this small, little, comfortable hotel. I have to say it is not pretentious and one knows one cannot expect a five star treatment, but it is clean and centrally located. recommened to those who want a basic treatment, but without giving up on essential services.

It is old furnished hotel, but clean and close to city center, for the money you pay the accommodation is excellent, inconvenient could be stairs without elevator, I was on 4th floor but not big deal when you once per day goes up and down

Hotel is very close to Château d'Eau subway station and Gare de l'Est (10 min by walking) so transportation was very easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable enough but don't expect something amazing. We had to keep the windows closed at night due to the noise, but the isolation between the rooms were okay so we didn't hear much from... More
