So I stayed here for quite a few times. The older man at reception doesn't even know how to type and speaks horrible English, so this has to be a family affair. They knew me well because I stayed so much there, but one time I left my bags in storage for a few days and the same old guy... More

The location of this hotel is very central and near Gare de L'Est and metro stations. The hotel itself was quite noisy and the rooms had poor decor and were very basic but clean. The staff were very friendly and I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for something simple but central.

When booking a hotel the most important things to me is cleanliness and location (close to a subway station). This hotel got them. My room was pretty clean, they changed the towels every day (you could actually smell the bleach from the bedsheets and towels, not the best scent but at least you could tell they were clean). It is... More

The receptionist seemed so grumpy on arrival. Our room was literally a hole, with a bathroom and that's it. Rooms are old, used, not looked after. Mould on the bathroom wall. Old sheets, they do not smell good. Stayed here for 2 nights cos all the other hotels were fully booked, otherwise we wouldn't have stayed here for a single... More

Very nice room. Not really difficult to find. Near to metro station. The receptionist was very friendly. As i am travel with my mom (63 years old) we requested to change the room from level 3 to level 1 and they grand our request.

It is a fine hotel for a good price. The area was a little dirty but very close to the metro and easy to get to the center. Great place for a cheap price for travelers. We recommend the place, we would come again.

The staff was friendly and honest as I was returned my dropped wallet without even asking for it. The place is not ideal for families but probably for backpackers. The rooms have some stench unless you go one by one and find one which is relatively better. The bedding and blankets look super old. There is no elevator in the... More
