We booked in for a family of five and was given a large open plan space with a king size bed sofa bed and two single beds which were in a separate area of the room divided from the rest by a large wardrobe which made it feel like a separate room. The apartment was clean on arrival the bathroom... More

This was a small modern apartment hotel. Very accessible for shops, restaurants the Metro. Modern small Batchelor apartment with good size bathroom. Nice little galley kitchen. Bakery right across the road which greeted you every day with wonderful smells. Very affordable prices! Would definitely recommend and we will certainly go back!

the room is more like an apartment, with full kitchen. Quiet, clean, safe location is great, close to markets, boulangeries and great restaurants. 1/2 block to subway. Front desk is helpful and friendly. If you have kids, bring DVDs to use their player, TV in French. Internet is free and fast.

This is the 4th time I've stayed in Residence Cosy's Cadet. Loved staying there with my husband in a studio and when we were with our sons we stayed in an apartment. The location is perfect, close to the metro station and some major attractions. Staff is top notch, always very helpful and polite. Studio and apartment are very spacious... More

For a family of five. Three kids under eight this is a fantastic space and location to enjoy the culture of paris. Rooms flooring is only downside as walking echos to floors below. We could hear floor above and floor below could hear us

Stayed for three nights for a short family break. From arriving until leaving, staff could not be more helpful. Apartment very comfortable and had everything for our needs and also much more spacious than a hotel room. Some of the furnishings were a little well worn and need some attention but otherwise no complaints. Apartment was quiet on a night... More

Tucked into a quiet street with all sorts of amenities (cheese store, meat store, bakeries and fruit/vegetable stands), this residence was the perfect retreat from our bustling days in Paris. Room was large and spacious, very clean. Large gated entrance helped us to feel secure at night. The only slight complaint is weak and intermittent wifi signal. Close to metro.

Good value and large room. There was a musty smell in our room and the elevator got stuck a couple of times. That being said....the hotel is down a quaint little alley and we rather liked that. Also, after hours there is combination-entry which lets you into a private garden-type area. I hadn't thought about it at the time of... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
