I stayed in an aparthotel for a long term stay (several months) with my fiance. Here's what I can tell you about the hotel: - location: can't get better than this! So close to the metro, and if you consider 45 minutes "walkable", then basically everywhere you could possibly want to go in paris is walkable from here! If it's... More

We arrived at the hotel at about 11am, so the room was't ready yet, which was completely understandable. None of us speak very good french, so we were glad that most of the staff spoke reasonable english. We returned back and the room was ready. It was a nice room, not very big but we weren't expecting it to be.... More

This apartment hotel was in a great location near several metro, RER and main line stations, great shops and 10 minute walking distance to the river and key sights. Rooms were small especially given the moderate to expensive prices even for a week long stay. However the convenience of firm booking (compared to other apartment only websites) when travelling with... More

Love this hotel for so many reasons. Awesome location, so close to everything. We had a one bedroom, 2 level loft apartment with french doors opening onto our own balcony. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, laundry room in basement was handy. I thought this hotel was excellent value for money and would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone... More

This hotel is wonderfully located close to the Opera Garnier, the Roissybus, the RER, the Metro, and the Grands Magasins shopping area. In addition, the large selection of bus routes available places most of Paris within convenient, inexpensive reach. If you routinely travel with a Mobilis day pass or a Navigo Decouverte weekly pass this location can't be beaten. The... More

Very good apart-hotel for a 1st time tourist. I cannot eat french cooking for the entire time I was there, so the room fully-equiped kitchen was very helpful for me to cook my own comfort food in my own room. The fold-down queen bed is very comfortable and if you need extra space just flip-up the bed. The room is... More

Accommodation in Paris is always expensive. More than 100 euro for a super old tidy room is very common. We went to Service Apartment this time and, finally, my wife and I loved this place so much ! The hotel location is extremely unbeatable !! It's located just 3 minutes from two major department stores, which is good for shopaholic... More

Referring my previous review on Nov 26, 2014 that my stuff were stolen during my stay in Adagio and Adagio’s insurance company refused indemnifications due to the law and regulations, later, on Dec 04, 2014, Adagio’s General Manager replied to my review that Adagio opened the claim with the insurance company (in spite of the insurance company’s prior rejection). Then,... More

Good location to explore Paris, Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern and well appointed. Only real criticism was that we were told there would be a double bed and 2 singles when in fact the "double bed" was a fold out couch of 2 singles. Had it not been for the beds I would probably have rated this... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
