The entrance doesn't look appealing but once you are past that it is a lovely hotel for the price. Very clean rooms and modern. Small but didn't bother us as we only stayed 4 nights and the only time we spent in the hotel was to sleep. 2 minute walk from the Jacques Bonsergent metro link very easy to find... More

A great location to visit Paris (if quite hard to find on foot) as it's an easy walk from Gare du Nord and near metro stations. It takes about twenty minutes to walk to the Notre Dame and there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room we stayed in was well appointed and clean but fairly small, so... More

For a hotel in Paris that's close to major transportation hubs (Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord), this hotel is very reasonably priced. Like others have said, the hotel is within walking distance of Gare de L'Est (with luggage) and the service is friendly. The breakfast isn't bad either and it's nice to have a small courtyard in which... More

A good middle class hotel with excellent service! The rooms are small (as usual in Paris) but fresh and clean. Good with a kettle and plenty of both tea & coffee in the room. The staff is positive, helpful, welcoming and friendly. It's close to the metro but the area has so much to offer when it comes to restaurants... More

When the Eurostar was cancelled at short notice due to the French ferry workers disruption, like thousands of other 'stranded' passengers, we had to find accommodation for the night, near the Gare Du Nord. This hotel had a room remaining and was 10 minutes' walk from the station. Upon arrival, we were wonder what we had let ourselves in for... More

The rooms here are very small which was expected for Paris but with no aircon are very stuffy. You can open the windows but then you have noise from late night revelleres etc The rooms are very clean.Thierry was very helpful and in general the front desk staff were great, sadly they are let down by unfriendly breakfast staff who have no... Stayed in this hotel during a work trip and was not disappointed, even though it is quite small. Staff was welcoming, fluent in English and the room was clean. Breakfast selection was quite limited but acceptable for the price of €7. This hotel is located near a number of Metro Stations and many good restaurants. I definitely recommend it for... More

My wife and me have been there for 3 nights. It takes about 10 minutes from station Gare d'Est to get to the hotel. From airport it costs about € 60 by taxi. We didn't have breakfast there because there is a nice, good and low priced patisserie at the corner. The room was ok, big enough and clean. The... More

In a word “ shocking" . It is more of a hostel than a hotel. The pillows had long black hairs all over them. The sheets had round large stains on them. I complained to no avail. You must turn in your key every time you leave to eat or shop. ( they say it's for your security )? There... More

The location of this hotel is good. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The bakery on the corner is excellent, so we didn't get breakfast in the hotel. There is also a little Carrefour around the corner. The canal area is nice to wander in, lots of independent shops and cafes. The hotel does lack curb appeal, it looks rundown... More
