The rooms here are very small which was expected for Paris but with no aircon are very stuffy. You can open the windows but then you have noise from late night revelleres etc The rooms are very clean.Thierry was very helpful and in general the front desk staff were great, sadly they are let down by unfriendly breakfast staff who have no... Stayed in this hotel during a work trip and was not disappointed, even though it is quite small. Staff was welcoming, fluent in English and the room was clean. Breakfast selection was quite limited but acceptable for the price of €7. This hotel is located near a number of Metro Stations and many good restaurants. I definitely recommend it for... More

My wife and me have been there for 3 nights. It takes about 10 minutes from station Gare d'Est to get to the hotel. From airport it costs about € 60 by taxi. We didn't have breakfast there because there is a nice, good and low priced patisserie at the corner. The room was ok, big enough and clean. The... More

In a word “ shocking" . It is more of a hostel than a hotel. The pillows had long black hairs all over them. The sheets had round large stains on them. I complained to no avail. You must turn in your key every time you leave to eat or shop. ( they say it's for your security )? There... More

The location of this hotel is good. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The bakery on the corner is excellent, so we didn't get breakfast in the hotel. There is also a little Carrefour around the corner. The canal area is nice to wander in, lots of independent shops and cafes. The hotel does lack curb appeal, it looks rundown... More

We booked a daytrip to Paris on the day most Eurostar trains were cancelled because of the fire in the tunnel. We made it to Paris before the problems started, but found out at 6pm we could never get back home before the next day... Having enjoyed the Canal st Martin area earlier in the day, we looked online for... More

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Great neighborhood, but really wasn't into the hotel. The distrust of the guests was palpable. I was originally signed up for 6 nights, they wanted me to pay for all 6 up front. I paid for 2, just in case... then wound up leaving 2 days early. I did have to pay... More

This was my first time (and my last time) for choosing a budget-hotel. I've read a lot of reviews about this hotel before I booked it and everyone said it's a good hotel for this price (150euro for 2nights). It is near the station Garde du Nord and metro station Jacut when I arrived, the hotel looked very pathetic from... More

A small hotel whith warm, helpful and friendly staff. Located in a romantic part of Paris. Near the metrostation. A BIG minus that there was no air conditions in the room (we were staying in august 2013). Otherwise it was a good hotel.
