We were staying just for one night in Paris to catch our next flight at Charles de Gaulle airport. We found this hotel online at the last minute as we decided to spend the night in Paris rather than at the some airport hotel. This hotel is situated in nice area of the Paris Opera. It is great value for... More

We had a nice greeting, looked after our bags until check-in time. Then everything went down hill. We were travelling with our 29 year old daughter. arrived at our room to find that there are 2 single beds and a fold out couch, we asked for a better room, the answer to this is sorry we can not do. My... More

Close to metro but other than that this hotel would have to be the biggest let down of our 4 week France/Italy holiday. Our first room was so small you could only open one suitcase at a time on the bed!! and aircon was not working. They upgraded us after two nights only to be put in a bigger room... More

We stayed here twice on our trip, the first time we stayed on the 6th floor the hotel has a lift so that was easily accessible. The second time was this past weekend just gone we stayed on the first floor. I can say the staff were very helpful, the night shift man in particular, the rooms don't have amenities... More

Dear Madam, we thank you to take time for this comment and apologize for the inconvenience occured. In fact the day manager is right about use of coffee machine. But as we try to be kind with our guest, sometimes, of course during the night, the staff can make exception. We understand that you don't appreciate our decoration, but this... More

We stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was clean and comfortable but rooms very small. Hair Dryer hose was broken and tv had no English Channels. Breakfast was plentiful and staff generally friendly. Location was nice, but far away from most of the sites.

Stayed here on a weekend. Location was quiet, away from the super touristy area. Really close to the Liege metro station which was handy to get everywhere. The location is good if you want to be nearby Montmartre but the Champs De Elysees was only a 5 min metro ride away. The lady receptionist was very friendly. The included breakfast was... More

The hotel is in a narrow back street and not far from St Lazare Station. We had 3 rooms of which 2 were spacious and have a sofa but the 3rd was very small. Bathrooms are dated but functional. Reception staff are fairly friendly but do feel under the impression the hotel is of a grander scale than it is.... More

Stayed here for 4 nights early May, good location within easy reach of all the major attractions by Metro which is only a five minute walk away. The Hotel look to have been recently renovated and it would appear that more is underway. Pleasant staff on reception and throughout and all were helpful during our stay. The room, whilst small,...
