Location of hotel is not what it wrote on booking website. It have to take the metro for 2 or more stations and walk for 500 metres until arrive the room. The hotel should write the exactly location before let the customer do the booking. The room is big and all facilities are good provided. It's a bit old but... More

This company the Bridgestreet should be forbidden of doing business! I booked the Berri Street apartment, when arriving to Paris I was supprised by having a new location: rue Ponthieu 28. My family could not sleep during the evening due to the noise and loud music in the street!

We stayed at 28 rue de ponthieu and have regretted it every minute. The apartment stinks of sewerage and rotten animals, the wifi doesn't work, there are bags of garbage and dirty linen piled outside the door for days, the street entrance is also overflowing with garbage but no other doorway in the street has garbage. It is disgusting. People... More

This was the worst stay all over my life (Bridgestreet Champs Elysees), the apartment was terrible, bathrooms very old and very bad, the area of the apartment too small, the furniture very old and dirty, overall not clean, devices not working, even electric switches out of order, not air conditioned (only small AC portable not making any effect) Check in... We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which looked very attractive and in a good area. 6 weeks after our booking was confirmed, without warning, we were advised that our booking was cancelled. The fabricated excuse was that our credit card was declined. If they had a problem with it ( which no other hotels we have also booked with have... More

I booked Bridgestreet and specifically asked for Berri location given the comments on trip advisor, however only 2 days before on a Friday we were told we were accommodated else where in rue De Tracy, arriving Sunday there was no one to contact we had to get the key from Etaine Marcel metro and no map paid 50 euro to... This has been the most disappointing service apartment experience possible. 1st: Unmatched details of the apt - Booked 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom facilities. They gave us ONE toilet and ONE bathroom. 2nd: The electricity failed after the first night. We called the switchboard operator MANY times (called so many times we lost track) and they kept giving us empty... More

This was my first time booking on Bridgestreet since my usual Paris haunt did not have availability. Booked via booking.com and payment was debited from my card within a few hours. I did not receive any communication from Bridgestreet. Waited for 48 hours and decided to call Bridgestreet directly to obtain details as to where I had to go to... More

28 rue de Ponthieu is not on Trip Advisor yet, so I am writing this under the Berri location for now. I have just returned from a weekend in this property with 4 friends - it is a 1 bed apartment with a sofa-bed in the sitting room. BridgeStreet initially mucked up the booking, despite the fact that the accommodation... More

We arrived in the morning in Paris, hoping that we could leave our luggage in the reception and there was NOT any sort of reception in the hotel, so we had to go to one of the train station to store our luggage. Then, we went there to pick up the key. It was VERY disappointing to find out that... More
