On a road trip and Im sort of getting used to the Ibis hotels now and generally like what I get but occasionally I have experienced one or two Ibis hotels that have been truly awful. This however, is a delight. Very clean establishment all over, quite peaceful taking into account its in the town and I found the staff... More

Room clean and functional as before. Bed comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast menu has changed slightly since last time: Boiled eggs (self-timed)instead of omelette/cake. Hotel full (Saturday night, wedding guests), so parking full, but otherwise not noticeable.

3 of us including my teenage daughter in a room with a quèen bed and a single bed. It was a tight squeeze with hardly any space left for the luggage. However, the view of the quaint street with its fabulous christmas lighting make up for the lack of space. Centrally located and walking to distance to restaurants and historical... More

This ibis, is near the city center and near the chateau de Fontainebleau. Great location!! The room is clean and comfortable.. there is free parking inside the hotel, with access from the inside. BUT: get your luggage from the car when you arrive at the front of the hotel, there is a lift near there. Dont get your luggage after... More

This hotel whilst central, convenient and offering a quiet sleep was lacking in a few respects. My first room had an awful smell of rancid cooking oil which I thought may have come from the ventilators via a kitchen, not sure, so on my first night I slept with the window open (winter) and thus had a very poor night.... From the minute we arrived, the reception was lukewarm to say the least. What is not made clear is once you park underground you will then have to haul your luggage up 4 flights of stairs, something they could easily have said before you parked. Our room had a flashing, faulty lightbulb which had still not been fixed when we returned... More

Perfectly situated five minutes flat walk from the centre where the restaurants, coffee shops and palace are. Very comfortable hotel. Typical ibis rooms. Underground parking. Small, rather smokey (mainly staff) courtyard. Comfortable public sitting area with very attentive staff. Perfect stopping place for a short break, just south of Paris. Highly recommended
