Booked well in advance so we got an excellent rate. If you have stayed at an Ibis before you will know exactly what to expect. Decent bed. Free wi-fi. Smallish but clean room with limited storage facilities (the usual 6 coat hangers!). Friendly pleasant staff and a small clean bathroom. Ths one had a small bath with the shower over... More

I lost my watch worth more than €1500 and €400 cash in the hotel room. I only left the room for 2 hours for dinner. There is no safe box in the room, so I can't lock the things inside. And there is no security camera each floor, so I can't know who entered my room during that two hours.... More

Booked this hotel as we wanted to see Chateau de Fontainebleau and it is within a few minutes walk. The staff were very helpful, the room was very clean although a bit on the small size, but ok for the two nights we were there. The bed was very comfortable.

I stayed here two weeks ago with my inlaws thinking I would impress them. How wrong could I be? Bog standard Ibis room and no difference to us except the price. My advice? Just choose the normal Ibis.

Great value for the money.. European hotel chain with consistent level of quality and service. Think Hampton inn's in US. Small rooms, but everything you need. Fontainebleau location right in heart of town and close to Chateau. Will stay there when visiting son going to school there.

I stayed there this week and have to say it was terrible. Shocking rooms that were damp, smelly with really thin walls. Wi fi was intermittent so could not even work. Only positives I can find where a comfortable bed and friendly staff service.

We spent two nights here and would certainly stay again. The location could not be better--the chateau is just around the corner. Room was compact but well organized with an excellent bed and a bathtub, which is becoming a rarity in hotels. Buffet breakfast was very good and worth the price. Room was very quiet, with a clever double door... More

Efficient and friendly staff welcomed us. Small lobby bar open 24/7 for snacks/drinks. The location was chosen for walking distance from the Chateau de Fontainebleau, our main destination and a must-see. Beds were very comfortable, with good linens; breakfast buffet delicious and plentiful; croissants baked in-house! Quiet sector of Fontainebleau with plenty of bistros and restaurants nearby. Difficult to find... More

This is the first time I have stayed in an IBIS Hotel and it was not an unpleasant experience. The Hotel is in a side street close to the main centre of the Town and close to the Fontainebleau Château. The Hotel reception staff were pleasant and .spoke good English. The breakfast area and reception area in functional and comfortable.... More
