OK... what a mistake.... This 'hotel' is located in the least charming place I've even been to.... The middle of nowhere... No place to visit unless you have to be in the area for business or something.... Beware: there is NO restaurant in this place. If you want breakfast, you have to pre-order the day before. So if you arrive... More

We used Besancon as a stop-off point on our way home from the South of France - we had just completed a long day's travel, and we had no intention of heading into the centre of town. Because of this, we went for one of the rooms with a kitchenette, and it suited our needs perfectly! The little kitchen area... More

We stayed at Zénitude Hôtel & Résidence Les Hauts Du Chazal on our way from Germany to Tours for one night on August 6, 2014. The hotel has all the basics for a short stay. Rooms are clean and well looked after. The bathrooms are also new. Although the hotel is not a fancy one you get more than what... More

Nice apartment with all the basics in the kitchen. Free underground parking. Clean and almost new. Friendly staff. Fast Wi Fi connection. 15 min. by car to town, but bus station nearby. quiet neighborhood. reasonably priced. stayed only one night, but was very satisfied. Had our own breakfast in the room.

Positives: good breakfast, modern, clean Negatives: useless Wi-Fi, you need a car to stay here (40 minutes on bus to town), noisy Spent three nights at this hotel (and residence). Neighbouring rooms occupied by Asian guests that insisted on smoking in their room, stinking out the corridor and talking until late hours. Reception staff had their door open and could... More

The hotel is very new. You can see and feel it. Still ALL equipments are very basic and cheapest possible. Clean but you do not feel too welcome. It is not a real hotel, it is a residence for long term staying. If you are in transit and you only need to sleep, could be a choice. The htel is... More

Located almost near the top of a little hill. Not easy to find because there's a residential complex with similar name nearer the bottom of the hillock. You need to drive past the tram track and go further up. You can watch the traffic on the main road below without hearing too much noise. Friendly receptionists on every shift. Reception... More

I usually come to this hotel for my business trips in Besançon. Price is really fair : 50-55 euros for a room. Rooms are clean. Each room has a fridge, TV, Free Wifi, Hob, private WC/Bathroom. Breakfast is very cool, there are lot of things to eat. Staff is very cool ! The only thing is that you are a... More

It is not a fancy hotel, but for 47 Eiros it a great value you get. Clean rooms with fridge and free Wi-Fi make a great choice if you just need a hotel for a stop-over. The hotel is a bit outside the city and not too easy to find. A Gps helps ;) the reception staff was extremly friendly... More
