The decor is fantastic at this central Bastia hotel. The room we have is a good size with a ceiling fan and aircon. They are not so friendly on reception, but fine. Breat base for exploring Bastia and the area.

An old luxury hotel in the city center with reasonable prices. It is very comfortable, clean and well maintained but seems to be traveling 60 years ago as it is furbished as it was in the past. Recommended place to stay at least for one night.

The Hotel Central is well located and the staff are friendly but it could be so much better with a little updating. Our room was big and comfortable but a little depressing with its old and battered decoration. Some new paint/wallpaper to brighten it up would turn it from one we might recommend to one we actually would recommend

The hotel was fine until checkout. I left quite early this morning to take the ferry to Nice and realized almost right away that I'd left 750 euros in the room on the desk. I called and emailed the hotel and they found nothing.
