A tired resort with a manager, who apparently doesn't care about her guests. There are too many negatives about this resort to list. Without doubt, the Mark Warner were great, always smiling and happy to help.

The best part of mark Warner holidays are the activities and enthusiasm of the staff, you can be active from 8am until 8pm, something for everyone!! Food good (not great) but good, lunches actually better then dinner!! Probably ditch the freshly made egg part of breakfast especially when they leave scrambled egg or omelettes on the hot plate to become... More

My second visit to San Lucianu - the kids begged us to come back after enjoying it so much last year. Lots of positives - early flight from Heathrow T5 and short transfer from Bastia Airport (30 minutes) - walked straight onto sunny decked terrace for lunch on arrival while bags taken up to our room (no need to 'check-in'... The water front team were hardworking friendly and professional going out of their ready to ensure that we were able to sail and windsurf on a daily basis. Ben, Max and their team were as several families commented superb role models for all the children many working during their uni holidays. The RYA instruction was brilliant, having been in the... I went with 3 kids on my own and we loved the Mark Warner holiday at San Lucianu. True the hotel is not a 5 star hotel, but it more than satisfies the 3 star mark. It is such a friendly resort. We had a sea facing room and loved it. The bathroom is really spacious, the bed is huge,... More

Having had many great holidays at Levante Beach (Rhodes) and a thoroughly enjoyable week at Perdepera (Sardinia), we were delighted to spend a great fortnight at San Lucianu in Corsica. The travel arrangements were, as usual, excellent - early morning BA flight from T5 and a 30 mins coach transfer. We had a refurbished seaview bedroom which was comfortable and... More

Nothing on earth would make me recommend this holiday to anyone. The hotel is abysmal. Damp smelling room with water stained ceilings, dirty baths, moldy airconditioning, worn bed linen and soiled carpets. The hotel manager is rarely about and in the evenings the staff sit around in the bar taking up the seats. The restaurant area is grubby and surfaces... More

There are a lot of quite mean reviews about this place. Clue - if the company trying to sell you the holiday describe their hotel as 'homely' it is not going to be their smartest hotel. Good things: - the MW staff as always are all lovely and very helpful - the adult pool is big enough to swim lengths... More

Some of the other reviews are a bit harsh I think. We had the usual fantastic Mark Warner experience with, by and large, attentive, helpful and lively staff. Great thing about the place is its small size which means everything is easily accessible---beach front to kids club and tennis in under 2 minutes. We will be booking for next year... More

I just returned from this place with my family. I have scanned the other reviews here with some reviling the place, others loving it. In truth, as one other reviewer says, if you are planning to utilize all the water sports and child care facilities constantly, spending virtually no time in the room or hotel, you may feel satisfied. I... More
