Went in August 2013 for the 6th time, daughters now 10 + 17, son 20 (he stopped going when 18). One of the great appeals of the resort is it's completely safe for kids to have complete freedom to do what they want, in a very safe environment. Also seems to be no problem at all with leaving cameras /... More

Despite being a long term Mark Warner customer, this has finally made me consider to use an alternative Holiday Company. Although the young staff were incredibly welcoming, the management and facilities just seem to let the place down. Staying in one of the newly renovated rooms I was expecting a lot more.

We booked at a special discounted price for the final week of the season - and then read the reviews! As the time approached we got increasingly concerned as to what it would be like, & this was compounded when we arrived at the hotel to find red shirted staff waving from the steps. However, we were wrong! The flight... More

A lot of guests staying at the end of the season had an amazing last-minute offer and were not the typical returning, hyper-active Mark Warner guest! We have been before and sadly the activity standard had dipped considerably. Someone else has commented on the poor fitness classes, which we agree with. Not the instructor’s fault, the management did not find... More

After a fabulous week at this resort and contrary to some negative reports having previously been written, I am happy to say that we were very, very pleased with our holiday choice. We found the food to be excellent and of fresh, locally-sourced quality, the young staff were all 5-star and although we had a 'retro' room, it was kept... More

Excellent holiday. We paid £450 each full board for the last week they were open in September. The organization was excellent, short transfer from airport to hotel. On our return Graham even stood at the end of the check-in queue explaining to everyone else that our queue was going to London and where they should go to find their check... More

The hotel is a bit shabby, although some rooms have been renovated, and was reasonably comfortable - definitely only 3 star - and a very small sitting area in the lounge. A pleasant location. Hard-working likeable staff. The big problem for us was that our 3rd floor mountain view rooms (307 and 309) were directly over the loading bay. Every... More

We tried Mark Warner this year as parents of a toddler.. We wanted to have some family time, some time to ourselves and an opportunity to participate in a few sporting activities. We wanted somewhere that accommodated families without us feeling guilty that we might spoil the holidays of people travelling without children. We specifically chose San Lucianu for the... More

Having read a few of the reviews prior to booking a last minute deal, I was a bit sceptical of what to find on arrival, but past experiences of trips are that they all are what you make of them yourself. I can honestly say that whilst the hotel may be a bit tired (but how much time do you... More

We chose this resort for a change and it was a much shorter flight than Geece or Turkey. Good points, we had an upgraded room at extra cost, smart and no complaints, restaurant staff excellent and always chatty, food great but 5 a la carte nights was probably too many, somehow I associate this type of holiday with more buffets....
