We stayed for 2 nights this August at this hotel and l have to say that, after a burst of enthusiasm seeing the excellent location, l was rather disappointed to see the room: old funiture, old refurbishment, with, however, very nice and clean bathroom and toilet (yes, they are separate). Another minus is the elevator which has the stops between... More

our family group booked 3 rooms for 2 nights in hotel Fesch before travelling in different directions by ferry and car. Hotel Fesch is located on a pedestrianised street close to the ferries and the old part of town. Parking is tight in the area but we managed to get spaces in nearby streets. the rooms supplied were only okay... More

We came on the ferry from Nice, and just needed a place to crash. As a family of 5 we had a family room. The room had a window towards the busy street, but we had no problem sleeping. Once we got the aircon working, we all slept fine. Large bathroom, quite newly renovated. Nice breakfast. The hotel is really... More

Some 15-20 min. level walk from the railway station. Situated in a pedestrianised main shopping street, a few yards from the main square and not far from the old city. A pleasant hotel. Guests needed to go up half a flight of stairs on every floor to access the lift. Our only problem was with the shower over the bath.... More

Reception is quick and efficient. The lifts are set on mid level so if you have mobility issues this is not the hotel for you. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Close to the ferry terminal and surrounded by bars and restaurants.

I almost worried when I walked up to the hotel: Did I really book an expensive room in this hotel? It looked really bad. But coming inside, I met a friendly staff and nice newly decorated rooms. I don't like these showers inside tubs without a curtin - with half the water on the floor - but that's maybe just... More

We made reservations based on a recommendation of a French colleague. We stayed for two nights and were very pleased with our choice. Our room faced the pedestrian mall but the windows were so thick that we didn't hear anything. We were told that in another month the pedestrian zone would take on a different noise level. Our room was... More

I've enjoyed staying in the Fesch. It has all the amenities as described in the travel mystery Corsican Justice by Bluette Matthey. The steaming pitchers of coffee and hot milk are wonderful to look forward to in the morning, as well as a generous breakfast buffet.

We arrived late thanks to the ferry from Nice and delays in offloading and loading at the Nice port. We found the Hotel with no problem well within 10 minutes walk from the ferry, and were pleased with the room, as we wondered if last in would mean poorest room. We had originally wanted to stay longer but even as... More

On a crazy busy Saturday night in Ajaccio when everything was booked, the Fesch gave us what they described as 'the worst room in the hotel'. Fearing something truly awful, was pleasantly surprised by a reasonably spacious room with an OK view over local neighborhood. Sure, the fridge didn't work and the bathroom was poky, but it wasn't terrible. And... More
