Good place but breakfast very poor for the cost, food a bit stale and cold breakfast for twice what a local cafe would charge. Staff very friendly and parking off street outside. Beautiful town and hotel is more or less in centre.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, good wifi; "proper" hotel. Ate at the hotel restaurant; not much else open on a Monday. Well patronised by local people. We have stayed in Troyes on many occasions over the last 7 years and found this hotel excellent for the price. Very close to train station, close to restaurants etc. The room was very clean and given the price I was also pleasantly suprised by the modern decor and comfort. Customer Service also very good. I would totally recommend!

Room and bed were small,poor towels but nice and clean, no fridge in rooml.One receptionist very friendly and helpful,the other one rather offhand.Ate in hotel,food was good,cheese and dessert trolly very good.Troyes has a wonderful old town.

Conveniently situated near the railway station and tourist information office, this was a great place to stay. The wifi was easy to access, there is a pleasant bar/breakfast area with a mezzanine lounge and the room was very clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom and a walk-in robe. The rooms (401) is 120€ for two persons. The bed is 1,60 by 2,0 meter but comfortable. The bathroom is simple with bath. The room is small so many bags are a bit difficult to stow.
