Stayed here a year ago and loved it. Thought we would stay there again, felt we didn't really see much of Troyes due to time restraints. The hotel again was a delight, I chose a room off their website 206 and it was again smashing. Only thing I didn't like was the shower, not keen on hand held showers with... More

We stayed here for 1 night on the way back from south France, with 2 toddlers. The hotel was easy to find and we could park just down the road in a large car park which was free. We had a room on the first floor, it looked straight out onto the street and had a balcony. We had no... More

We stopped for one night on the drive south to Spain. The first of 4 hotels in the same holiday! Hotel Arlequin wasn't too hard to find, and mostly understood our not-very-good French attempts. There was plenty of nearby parking, and it was situated so well - a short stroll into the old town and plenty of bars and restaurants,... More

We stayed here as a family (one double room, one triple) as a stopover on the way to the south of France. Hotel was very easy to find; there's a small car park less that 100 yards away which was free overnight, as well as on-street parking just round the corner. Friendly welcome, hotel is old but clean, plenty of... More

We stopped here on a car trip across France. The hotel was easy to find and there was free parking nearby. Best thing was it was very close to the centre of this interesting old town. So we were able to do some sightseeing in the evening and next day. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Basically it... More

the first thing to say: this hotel does not have carpet in the room. For me, that was an amazing discovery, as most of the hotels have them shabby, dirty and useless. Room without a carpet is always a plus. Room is also big, big enough to have part of it dedicated to excercise (yoga). Small but efficient toilet (with... More

We stayed here on day 3 of our European road trip. The hotel is full of charm & character the rooms are clean and the on suite make the most of the layout with modern fix n fittings. We stayed on the 3rd floor, up a old style spiral staircase. The breakfast was good with cereal fruit fresh bread cheese... More

Recently renovated, comfortable rooms in a great location for visiting the city. Good breakfast fare (always important) and friendly and helpful staff. Parking was OK - free about 400 yards away, under the protective gaze of the police CCTV, but we couldn't get the free WiFi to work. Plastic undersheets meant an overheated night's sleep - but overall a reasonably... More

Situated near the old Town & very convenient to walk in to. It is an average 2 star hotel but was clean & comfortable. There is a large free car park about a 3 min. Walk away. Our bed room was fairly large but it was easy too hear other guest walking up the stairs.

Not a bad place, but my opinion is swayed by the fact we have also stayed at Hotel Comtes de champagne as well which I loved. It is an old building, so dont expect modern features and facilities - but that is why we choose these establishments, for their character and uniqueness. Clean room and ncie toilettries which you dont... More
