This hotel is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at very many hotels. It is a faulty tower hotel for the following reasons:
1. Receptionist does not speak / understand fluent English
2. We arrived at 3pm and our room was not ready
3. The blankets were filthy, haven't been washed for years, it was crawling with dust mites. It had stains and smelly.
4. The following were broken:
a. Window
b. Toilet
c. Shower
6. They tried to fix the toilet while we were in the room resting.
7. When they couldn't fix the toilet, they moved us to another room which also had a faulty shower and broken desk.
8. We came back from dinner and they couldn't fix the shower and broken desk, so we had to be transferred to another room.
