This hotel is well located, right in the center of Reims, 5 minutes away from the Cathedral and from Roman ruins of Mars Temple. Unfortunately at our arrival we found a no english speaking receptionist..also the 5th floor room was really small as well as the bed, and bathroom was dirty and old. Price's too high for the offered quality.

Set in the café quarter of Reims - lots of cafes and bars in the pedestrian area. Initially couldn't see the hotel as the café /bar dominated the frontage . However, on entering found the receptionist very helpful - issuing door code and Wi-Fi access codes. Room at back of hotel - large family (triple) - the third bed being... More

We stayed here this weekend. It was our second stay at the hotel and our fourth in Reims. The room was comfortable and clean and thankfully air conditioning.we were at the front of the hotel room 102 and it was noisy!! However, shut the double glazed windows turn the air con on and "bobs your uncle" a good nights sleep.... More

I had a great experience at the Bristol Hotel. It was super easy to find, very close to the train station. Lots of restaurants on the street right in front of the hotel as well as an easy walk to the Cathedral and a reasonable walk to the champagne cellars. Inside the hotel, I had a single room, it was... Good spacious room, but it was so hot in there, and there was no way to turn down the heating. OUr dogs were restless all night as a result, and leaving the windows open only disturbed us more as they were putting out empties in the early morning. The radiators were actually cold, so I can only assume there is... More

Judging by some of the other reviews, maybe we were lucky as the room we had was very spacious. The bathroom was reasonable and adequately clean if a little dated. The rate didn't include breakfast but there were plenty of nice patisseries nearby. There is also a vast underground car park nearby!

We have selected this hotel from booking.com. Well situated but the rest is really poor. First of all we had no hot water in both rooms from the arrival late afternoon till next day 10AM, the phone in the room was missing and generally rooms looked very badly. This didn't surprize the receptionist and we had to fight with him... More

Would not think of a Best Western as a luxury property, and this is not really one, but everything was perfect! Raymond and Sabine were terrific at the front desk. There wasn't room in garage, so he said move your car in early evening o free parking at train station! Awesome. Allergic to down feathers: no sweat...comfy pillows and duvet.... More

The Hotel staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful. I stayed one night. Room 207 is not one of the newly decorated ones as shown on the web site!! The good point was that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bad points: It has a broken toilet bowl, yes it had a big crack in the side.... More

First night on a long trip south, we were hoping for a good night's sleep. Beware, if you are staying in summer there is no air conditioning in the rooms and ours was unbearably hot. It was cooler on the street! We were told on check in that breakfast was free for our daughter but the rules seemed to have... More
