We booked four nights at the Chateau not knowing what to expect other than it being part of Relais and Château group. No disappointment here. We were upgraded to a junior suite through AMEX. Terrific room that is well appointed and large. The Chateau has just had a major renovation and is very fresh throughout. All staff members are personable... More

Had an enjoyable weekend here for our anniversary, and having stayed before, knew what to expect. Rooms very cosy and looked like they had been refurbed recently, nice size in the chateau, even on the 2 nd floor. Ate in the brasserie first night which was good, but my wife didn't like her main course of beef cheeks, which was... More

Excellent hotel, fancy and most important the staff is very friendly, very efficient and very smiley. Not so common qualities in france unfortunately. It was a great stay, nice small castle, cute park and Very good restaurant. Not to miss the restaurant du parc, excellent food and friendly staff. The only bad point is that we had to wake up... The whole experience is great : the welcome of the staff, the champagne glasses, the wide and nicely decorated rooms, and last but not least the food at the excellent Parc 2* restaurant ! The property itself is stunning with wide beautiful gardens. Great place for a week end escape at less than 2 hours from Paris.

Enjoyed a wonderful, stunning, large room with balcony and commanding views over the gardens. We were welcomed with glasses of champagne upon arrival. The rooms are well-appointed and furnished with beautiful antiques and a fireplace. All staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely superb. Will definitely return. Highly recommend. Stayed 21 November 2015.

Amazing place. Gorgeous rooms in period furniture and outstanding food...the best we had in the Champagne area. The dinners were so beautifully presented, the food so fresh and the menu choices just right. In addition the breakfasts in the morning were so plentiful with an amazing table setting...like you were dining in a palace. The fresh ingredients and all the... More

The Chateau Les Crayeres is such a beautiful property and its entire staff so warm and professional - it made me regret not planning into our visit time to merely relax and enjoy the hotel. The hotel is located about a mile outside of Reims city centre, which might prove to be a bit far from the 'hustle and bustle'... More

We spent 3 nights in an Empress Room and it was certainly the highlight of our vacation, and possibly of our lives! Firstly, the warm welcome that we received at the reception set the tone for a 5+ star experience. Every staff person that we ecncountered throughout our stay added value to our vacation. We were treated and greeted as... More

We stayed in a Comtesse room in the main castle for 5 nights. This hotel is so luxurious and a pleasure to stay in. The staff at reception were knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us to book champagne tours during our stay. The grounds and chateau itself are immaculate and you can't help but feel like royalty staying here!
