We stayed two nights after arriving from the US. Our rooms were beautifully decorated, quiet, with luxurious linens and pillows. Service was excellent: housekeeping, concierge services, and dining. Breakfast was delicious - served overlooking the park. Dinner was a symphony of beautiful champagnes and wine to complement a progression of delicious and creatively presented courses. Truly a highlight among an... More

€ 300 per head for dinner in their fine dining Restaurant with matching wines was a major disappointment. Some of the dishes we couldn't eat and others were very ordinary. The dining room whilst nicely styled - had threadbare curtains. The Hotel itself was very comfortable but our "special" dinner a major disappointment.

My husband and stayed at Les Crayeres for two nights; we had been in France for 3 days prior and wanted to visit some champagne houses. We booked our trip via "Grape Escapes" and it was superb. This Chateau was beautiful and out of the others we were considering; was definitely the best placed in terms of location and was... More

We stayed one night in mid-June 2015 in an Empress Suite and felt very much like royalty. The room was visually stunning with great views of the garden and very quiet. We ate at the hotel's top restaurant, Le Parc, and had a great meal that was part of our room package. I would definitely recommend this place and hope... More

Classic Relais and Chateaux property worth being on a travelers bucket list. Dinner in the main dining room quite special. The gardens are lovely and the bar is also perfect for casual afternoons. Convenient to local attractions including the cathedral and champagne ours

Our first visit to Reims and the champagne area was anchored by the wonderful hotel. A terrific location on the fringe of the city, providing a quiet, private country feel yet walking distance to the center of Reims. The major champagne houses were all within a few minutes, and Epernay only 20 minutes away. The hotel had an old world... More

A stunning little palace of a hotel situated right in the heart of the chalky champagne centre of Reims. Everything at this beautiful place is just wonderful... We stayed at the duplex Duchesse room in the separate cottage which was quiet, had its own patio with sun loungers and was recently refurbished with a classical style. The hotel staff were... More

we were here for a special celebration and took advantage of their Grand Siecle offer - it was stunning. The hotel was very good, great location, nice rooms, helpful staff. Do try the grand siecle experience if you have a chance. It's a wonderful insight into champagne at one of the leading houses - and no crowds. A very personal... More

The hotel was just outside Reims. It had been a private Chateau so all rooms different. I stayed in 22 and it was fabulous! The breakfast's were wonderful with attentive staff. We had a extraordinary dinner. The grounds to die for! Lucky girl to get to stay there!
