The hotel is certainly one of the old Dames of the hotel world-stylish , elegant and very comfortable We had a beautiful room overlooking the magnificent gardens(even though devoid of colour as it was winter), a nice enough walk in cupboard dressing room area and a lovely bathroom with a huge bath and really big shower The rooms decor was... Les Crayeres strives to be a classic French luxury hotel - and succeeds. It is appointed in antique style and maintains an atmosphere of formality. Staff are very service-oriented. The hotel has a restaurant (Le Parc) with two Michelin stars. We had dinner there on a Sunday evening and came away disappointed because of the lack of atmosphere and the... More

One of the most beautiful and interesting hotel settings in the world, embedded in Reims' downtown champagne factories, which are a beautiful sight in itself. Everything has been said about this magnificent place, and I would be happy to add my two pence, however when I took the highway detour for an unscheduled lunch at Les Crayeres in January 2015... We had three rooms and felt like we owned the place. The service was spectacular and the food was out of this world. Eating in the main dining room was like witnessing a symphony as all of the staff worked in tandem and predicted every need before we even knew to ask (kept glasses full, took ours plate right at... It helps if you can afford this place. The luxurious castle/chateau experience is best savoured if you are not easily shocked by €35 glasses of wine at La Rotonde bar, or €215 menus at Le Parc. The brasserie in the garden is more approachable. Having said that, Le Parc 2-Michelin-starred food is particularly excellent and the service impeccable. The Imperatrice... More

Amazing place to stay at Reims, very well located near the city center and Pommery and Taittinger champagne producers. Fabolous service and complete breakfast. I definetly recommend it for a 3 nights stay to discover the Champagne region. Don't miss a dinner at La Braserie.

Beautiful property, wonderful reputation, but the reality is- for us it was a worthless experience!! Wife and I Came from NY to visit our daughter studying a semester abroad in Reims- and during a 10 day stay throughout the north France wine country and Paris - this was our only sad and misfortunate experience. We came in for cocktails after... More

This was an extravagance - 4 nights in the top hotel in Reims in one of the largest rooms with a price tag to match. Very comfortable and spacious room (I'Imperatrice Elizabeth) with huge and extremely comfortable bed and very high ceilings with full length french (of course) windows onto the balcony overlooking the park. Very relaxing and quiet. Very... More

We stayed a night in Les Crayeres and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room beautiful. We also had the chance to have diner in Le Chateau and I must say that it was one of my best diner ever. Last but not least,it is very well located to visit Reims.
