We are traveling as three couples down to the Provence , I booked three rooms some months ago, checking in we were given rooms 104,204 and 304. All rooms for the disabled, that's not a problem. Room 104 our room, the toilet is disgusting,I wished I could upload a photo of this!. Complained to staff at reception , reaction, couldn't... More

We booked this as a 2 night stopover. It was a good choice, location perfect for short walk into town. Very helpful, polite reception staff. Room clean and basic. Internet access hit and miss. If yiu don't have a good knowledge of French this is a good hotel to choose. Would definately stay here again

This is the first time we have stayed at a Campanile and, to be honest, We were very impressed. Being that this was our first stop in France on a two week holiday jaunt and from the info on the hotel website, I was a little worried about the parking situation. However, there is underground parking and spaces just behind... More

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The room (Superior double) was large with everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Secure car parking was a bonus and close to the hotel (turn right past the hotel, right and right again) although there is a sign at the front of the hotel explaining this. We were exhausted after a... More

A tidy hotel with options for secure underground parking or outside spots. Friendly check in staff and good sized rooms which were a little stuffy but nothing an airing didn't fix. A good value hotel frequented by the tour bus operators so the lobby can get very busy. Excellent location to Reims centre, 10 min walk to the cathedral....although I... More

Stayed here for two nights on the last leg of our Euro road trip. Secure underground parking with direct access to the hotel reception and rooms via lift. Managed to find parking garage without too much difficulty - it is situated around the back of the hotel and there are signs to follow once you get to the front of... More

When arriving by car no sign as where to park. Mindless reception by guy who spoke like a Magnum 44 wasn't reassuring...... Good loocation a pleasant 10 minutes walk from the magnificent cathedral, and another 15 minutes walk in the opposite direction from the stunning Abby of Saint-Remi. The room was fine, a bit stuffy, but with a bit of... More

Overnight stop needed with easy access to Calais. The hotel was easy to locate and offered secure underground parking. We were booked in quickly and the lady on reception was very friendly. Our room was supposedly a "superior" room, but how this differed from a normal I'm not sure. It was a modest size but pretty clean - not the... More

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel is in a convenient position in view of the canal. It only took 15 minutes to walk to the Cathedral, shopping and many restaurants. The hotel was a good standard as are all the hotels in the Campanile chain. The room was spacious with TV and tea/coffee making... More

This hotel was in a good location for us to follow the Tour de France. The walk into the centre was not too taxing and easy to navigate. The room was comfortable, although the shower was not clean and there was a lack of loo roll! The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was very... More
