We spent one night there as part of a coach party on the way home from visiting Christmas markets in Germany. This hotel is located in an industrial area and is well away from the city centre. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was a good size and and quiet. It had a large flat screen TV with... More

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. I often stay in Mercure hotels and I'm surprised that this one belongs to them. Staff were very friendly, but room and hallways were very shabby and the aircon didn't work so the room was very hot and stuffy. I was on the ground floor so did not feel safe leaving the window... Stayed for one night on outbound and return journey to Italy with tour company. The hotel is a long way from the city centre and there's not much in the surrounding area. It was clean but some of the corridors looked a bit run down and grubby. We had no choice but to eat in the hotel. It was adequate... More

Stayed one night while on a coach trip in France. Hotel is outside of the town centre so it was arranged that we would all be provided with a meal that evening. What a disappointment! Our first course was vegetable soup which was lovely but the main course was awful, a tough escalope of turkey served with soggy boiled vegetables... More

This hotel was very good in all respects, nice breakfasts, nice rooms, friendly staff, well located for the motorway, did not go out and so no idea of whats nearby which might be of interest. One of the best overnight hotels we have used.

We stayed here for one night on the way back from Burgundy. This is a pleasant hotel for a one night stop as it is quite a distance from the centre of Reims. However it is close to the autoroute and has parking. The rooms are spacious and have recently been modernised with very good bathrooms and attractive colour schemes.... More
