It was a bit of a challenge getting to this hotel by public transport, with luggage, but once there ours was a very satisfying stay. The Reims tramway’ ticket machine couldn’t read our NZ ‘chip and pin’ debit or credit cards (though we had no problems in Paris, for instance) – and it is a longish walk from Rockefeller stop... Stopped on the way down to Austria with family. I felt the rooms where over priced for what was offered. The rooms whilst nicely decorated were not that clean and some time had passed since the decoration so felt a little tired. The rooms were particularly hot and affected my sleep. The reception area was well done and gave a... More

We booked this hotel for the last night of our honeymoon. We had the junior suite, supposedly the best room in the hotel. First impressions, the lobby is OK. When you get upstairs the corridors are dark and dingy. The 'suite' was dreadful. Artex all over the wall. Dark and dirty. Only a double bed. We had asked for a... More

I requested sheets and blankets, rather than a duvet, and on arrival that was what I had. Great that they read and act on requests. Breakfast was excellent, well worth having. I took advantage of a special offer which included breakfast at a discount. Very pleasant staff.

In France we almost always stay in an Accor hotel, be it Mercure, Ibis or Accor. This hotel was very good (usually good is the norm). Great suite for four for only 130 euro. Modern, quiet, good breakfast (included in our pre-booked price). The centre of Reims is practically around the corner. This hotel has limited parking space outside (but... More

This is our first hotel for stop over during a recent tour to south western France. It is in a convenient location as we arrived on rental (except the road closure in the nearby construction site which made our access a bit tricky) and we only needed a short walk to visit the city centre. The hotel is modern and... More

Stopped in this hotel on route home from Switzerland. Very easy access from the motorway and excellent underground car park. Hotel is modern in style and very pleasant. Opted for a suite for a family of four and this proved to be very comfortable. Location is a little out of the centre and is effectively a ten minute walk to... More

Stayed last Wednesday. Wasn't originally going to stay here, but so glad we did. Room was very comfortable, quiet and comfy bed. Dinner in the Restraunt was excellent, and the staff very attentive. The same for breakfast. Both check in and out were Hassel free, and would definitely return.
