Excellently located Reims hotel, about 10 minutes walk from the cathedral and within staggering distance, probably about a 30 minute walk of the pig champagne houses of Pommery, Veuve Cliquot and Ruinart. It's a Mercure so we're not talking luxury, quirkiness or period features but it's clean and comfortable with secure parking. Breakfast is a tad pricey (about 19 euros... more

We stayed here for a one-night stopover on our way back from Provence to the ferry at Calais and found it to be a comfortable and very well-run hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and our premier room was spacious with tea/coffee making facilities and English satellite channels - handy for catching up with the news and weather after... more

Wow, the aussie reviewer was spot on, the corridors in this hotel are like a sauna(so was the room) and we were here in early January!! This is the city centre hotel stereotype. High rise, functional, rooms fine and you feel like a ship passing through the night in fact probably more anonymous than that. It was though exactly what... more

Nothing wrong with the hotel itself. Staff were really pleasant - especially the restaurant staff. It is a michelin recommended restaurant (at least it was in 2006 anyway), though the food really wasn't up to much, the service was top notch, and I had a really lovely time there. My room was warm and comfortable and quiet (so important). Nothing... more

I endorse all of the positive reviews so will repeat very little of what has already been previously well said; I also disagree with the negative comments. This is a perfectly adequate, clean and tidy 3 star business type hotel; it’s functional rather than charming but we found the staff were friendly and efficient. We stayed for 3 nights on... more

veyr average hotel on the out edge of reims and opposite the river and motorway. very much a business hotel, yet did not have onsite computer for internet access although they did have payable wifi. a short walk from the shopping area. It was ok but we paid quite a high rate of 159 euros not worth it at this... more

Stayed here for one night. Although the hotel does not look so exciting from the outside, inside it is very nice and I would definitely stay here again. Rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated with large beds and a flat screen tv. Staff were very polite and helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant and were very impressed, the... more

We have just returned from a two night break in Reims. We were thoroughly impressed by everything the hotel had to offer. Rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Staff couldn't have been any more helpful, recommending tours of the best Champagne Houses, booking time slots and taxis for us on several occasions, reserving a table at a wonderful local Restaurant... more

Big lump of unattractive concrete would be a polite way to descibe the hotel, but really well situated if you are on a Champagne tour.Stayed here for two nights in a standard room. Rooms are typical french budget hotel standard. Simple basic essentials and small bathrooms, we booked a double and got a twin. Room was clean and serviced. Hotel... more
