We enjoyed our one night stay in the quiet little town. The front desk help was so very, very helpful. They contacted us before our arrival and helped to arrange a champagne tour for us. Their English was excellent. They could not have been nicer. The room was well furnished including a very updated and beautiful bathroom. We enjoyed the... More

Hotel Azur is on a quiet side street, quite close to town centre. Although quiet, its not lonely. Friendly informative reception; volunteered the names of some local restaurants, and gave us free drink vouchers for some. Normally I'm suspicious of such recommendations but these were good. Drawbacks: no elevator; no air conditioning. Lugging cases up flights of stairs is not... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in April 2015, after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed. The hotel is run by a husband and wife team, both who are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is certainly worth the extra cost. We upgraded to a "privilege" room when we arrived. It was... More

Want to stay in a little jewel of a hotel that gives toy a true feeling for Reims? I highly recommend the Hotel Azure. It's off the main street and very quiet. For French flavourful feel it's difficult to beat the size of the room which is larger than most small quaint French hotels. It is near so many attractions... More

We stayed for just 1 night on a trip from Paris. The hotel was cheap so we left our big luggage in our hotel room (we paid for a night we didn't use just so we could store our things and not bring them to Reims) and we were happy we did as this hotel has no elevator and my... More

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for three nights, 4,5&6 May 2015. The hotel is well located, clean and pleasant. However, it is one of the very few hotels I have stayed in in 30 years of travel that did not provide facilities for guests to make a cup of tea or coffee. When asked, the manager grudgingly... Thank you for your comment and review about manager. Know that you have booked our hotel knowingly regarding our equipment in the room ... We do not make available courtesy set because it is a benefit solely valid from 3 stars and we wish not our picnic customers in the Room The first afternoon you asked our staff to serve... More

This is an excellent place for a short stay in Reims. The hotel is located near all the main sights and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, yet the immediate surroundings are quiet at night. There is secure parking available nearby for a reasonable charge. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable... More

The Azur is very centrally situated with secure parking a 2 minute walk away. We had a privilege room on the first floor overlooking the street. Apart from the odd pedestrian or car it is very quiet. There is a good bathroom with a powerful shower. A safe is provided free of charge. The Cathedral is a ten minute walk... More

We were looking for a small hotel, fairly central in Reims. We stayed in late December 2014. I can highly recommend this hotel. Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. It presents good value of money.
