We stayed here en route back home from the alps with our 3 children. It's a new hotel so is in good condition. It's in a convenient location and Epernay itself is nice with a few good restaurants to choose from. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and we were given two adjacent rooms with interlinking doors, perfect for families.... More

This hotel is excellent if you are visiting only to stock up on the local champagnes. Its efficient and clean, not more not less. The rooms are small and bathrooms are standard cubicles you'll find at efficient hotels all around France. Breakfast was sufficient and location is good.

Visited hotel for 1 night with a group of friends as we traveled through France. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very nice. The only downside was the size of the bathroom which is TINY. A large man would not be able to fit in there to have a shower at all!! We were all quite petite and just... More

Easy to find, with good (free, and secure at night) parking, and a 10 minute walk into town. This hotel is cheap - and whilst it may be adequate for a brief overnight stop, it is not the place for a relaxing three night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the facilities were poor: Very small room -... More

Perfect solution for a short stay. The hotel belongs to a chain of similar properties. The philosophy is the one of low cost airlines...you pay less but in return you get a no-frill accommodation. The room is very basic but has everything necessary and the rates never include breakfast, to be paid separately. Breakfast range is very limited but for... More

Stayed here for 2 nights as we were discovering the Champagne region. The rooms are a bit small (but what can you expect for 30 euros a night?), and the bathroom smaller. But both were clean and functional. Staff was quite friendly, internet worked well. Parking is free just outside the hotel, and they let you drink your own drinks... More

First night in France. Cheapest and worst place we stayed in. Ok for one night two would be a struggle as small rooms with no space to unpack. Room smelt of smoke (advertised as non smoking). Easy walk into town for the champagne tasting. Ibis is better values for a few euro more.

We reserved a room in this hotel on our way from Paris to Munich. The man at the front desk asked us to pay upfront so we did. Once we got to our room we were shocked, dirty sheets, mould in the showers, and a smell that was unbearable. Within 5minutes we came downstairs and asked for a refund which... More

We stopped for one night on our way to Paris and it was the worst hotel that we stayed in during our Europe tour! It was cheap rate, i know, but at least they should have the decency to change the bed sheets and pillowcases after the previous occupants have left! The bed looked slept in and the pillows smelt... You get what you pay for with this one - a cheap stop over to visit the Champagne region and enjoy a glass or two in Epernay. The booking confirmation said we had to arrive by 5 pm which caused us to panic as we only spotted that on the way through France and hadn't timed our ferry crossing and... More
