I had a very nice short stay and I was impressed by the refined and original restaurant with local extremely fresh food, exquisite wine and marvelous landscape. The room (if you get the basic one) is ground floor facing the road so you need to keep the curtains down at all time for privacy. Other than this, it is perfect!... More

The setting of this hotel is quite lovely. Not only is the village of Chaource pretty, but the restaurant, balcony and the rooms at the rear of the property overlook a meadow. The rooms at the back of the hotel have little balconies which make them lovely on a sunny evening. The rooms at the front overlook the car park... More

I have had some truly disappointing experiences in France over the last few years. This was not one of them. I stayed here for one night a little over a year ago on my way south. The room was modern (in the best sense) comfortable and clean. The meal was a delight. I have not eaten that well in a... More

Very comfortable with excellent rooms and nice restaurant. Stayed on our way back from Germany and the hospitality was excellent. Restaurant has a nice outside terrace overlooking fields in this nice part of France. Cheese in this region is fantastic

We live in France and to avoid returning at night to a cold house (it's just before Christmas) decided to stop over here, at it's on our route home. Although being assured that the parking at the front had video surveillance (so you can later see which masked bandit has made it off with your stuff!) we were concerned that... More

Very modern hotel in semi-rural setting on edge of Chaource. Comfortable room with air conditioning. Separate wc and bathroom. Excellent local cuisine in the restaurant. Reasonable selection of wines.

Welcome lights on a wintry Sunday. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning, baths (sl small) and separate WC. Modern and clean. Restaurant was quiet but food well cooked with local (Chaource) produce, wines reasonably priced with Burgundian pichets.....free parking and wifi..

A very modern hotel in rural France. We would recommend it as a stopover unreservedly. Happy and helpful staff, very good food, brilliant aspect, clean well laid out air conditioned bedrooms, super breakfast. It is worth the extra driving to and from the autoroute.
