Booked directly with hotel as I had stayed there previously and much enjoyed it. On arrival room was good though rather small. My mistake was to have booked demi-pension. As two couples we stayed one night on our way from the South to the Channel Tunnel. We found this converted mill very pleasant with individualistic rooms. My husband and I spent two nights here in September 2008. We were traveling with my in-laws, who booked the hotel. Be sure to get good directions to the hotel, as it a bit off the beaten path.
