When I check 5 circles in a TripAdvisor hotel review, I'm not trying to say that it is a 5 star accommodation, merely that for my purposes it was excellent. First it was inexpensive. Second it was clean, Third the staff was warm and helpful. Fourth the breakfast I had was one of the best I et in close to... More

2 friends and I shared a triple room for four nights in April/May. We were more than pleasantly surprised with the size of the room especially in comparison to other 2 star hotels we'd recently stayed in in France. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were decorated beautifully and having a toilet separate from the bathroom was greatly appreciated. The... More

Very clean, very well decorated, very accommodating. It was such a pleasure to stay here for my stay in Tours. The hotel is within walking distance to many shops, the old town, city hall, the train terminal. I don't know if I've ever been this impressed with a facility. All this for a very reasonable rate!!! I would recommend this... More

Stayed six nights at Hotel Mirabeau based on TA reviews and its location. Great proximity to station if you want to use Tours as your Loire touring base via rail (we did, and it was a great relaxing way to do it, with only one day requiring non-train travel). Hotel is excellent, very quiet, staff friendly and helpful. We had... More

I had a lovely room on the second floor at the back, from the street the hotel looks ordinary but inside it is elegant and comfortable. Theres a lift and the bed are are beautifully comfortable the bathroom is modern the heating can be adjusted. Breakfast is available although I did not partake. Madame Valerie is welcoming as are all... More

I stayed here for five nights, to use the hotel as a base to explore Tours and the Loire Valley. I was in the room pictured, at the back of the hotel, so it was quiet, with a very comfortable bed and useful desk and chairs. I liked the attention to detail - good curtains that shut out the light... More

We have booked two rooms for one night. The staff at the reception was very nice. The rooms were enough large, the bathroom small and very clean too. Wifi is free. Tne breakfast is ok for 8€, little bit expensif for a continental reakfast, but you can get ham, eggs. Nice small gardin with flowers. Restaurants are near.

Older style hotel but well maintained. Room had basic facilities with a comfortable bed, and a desk fan directed at the bed. Parking was free in some locations and paid in others which could easily catch you out. We found a spare space after circling the block for about 10 minutes, and then as we were there only one night... More

Nice comfortable clean hotel. Parking was easy on the day we arrived, but a bit troublesome for the few days of our stay. The street the hotel is in has numerous free parking bays, but unless you're lucky, you then have to drive up and down waiting for someone to leave, or park in one of the bays further up... More

Spend two nights Oct 3 and 4, 2014. We landed at CDG and took a train to St. Pierre train station and rented a car. Easy drive from train station and the hotel was easy to locate. We were able to park the car on the street which was free. All the street parking is not free. The town is... More
