The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location in the old town was superb, easy walking everywhere and a very picturesque street. The rooms were clean and cosy. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

A 3 night stay here was very, very good. The decor of the rooms is simple and works. Breakfast is really good and the staff are awesome, nothing was a problem. Yes there is a problem with noise in the street facing rooms, which impacted one of our party, but we were in a back double room and it was... More

From the moment of stepping through the door, we had an instant feeling of comfort and homeliness. The manager was immediately friendly and helpful, with a very amiable manner. He was eager to help us plan our day trips to see the castles, and full of very helpful information. The decor of the reception area an breakfast room suits the... More

Loved this hotel. Small boutique hotel, smallish rooms but still roomy enough for two, comfortable, fresh and clean and modern in an old setting. Excellent location in the middle of the old district with restaurants up and down the streets adjacent. Very friendly and helpful. We stayed one night but could have stayed longer if we had known. Only effectively... More

This hotel is located in the historic Place Plumereau, where you can step out on the balcony and take it all in. Then, when you're ready to venture out, restaurants, pubs, and shops are all withing walking distance. The hotel's staff was incredibly nice and available to assist in any way you need.

The rooms are OK, the staff is friendly. Unfortunately it was very noisy and I couln't sleep all night! The hotel is faced to a very crowdy street full with restaurants and bars! There was noice till 5.00h!!! Unless you don't party with the crowd you should avoid booking a room here....

Getting to this hotel after a few days in Paris was very refreshing. Cleaner, better located, nicer staff, and less than HALF the price. Contrary to other reviews, the location is perfect: one street removed from the main square (where pizza joints & pubs line the streets) so you never have to think too much about where to eat after... For a budget hotel I think this should be considered above expectation. The only thing you have to weigh up is noise. The hotel is on a popular street of restaurants which are open past midnight. All have outdoor tables. The double glazing is very effective and the air con ensures comfort. However there is noise from late night revellers... More

This hotel is located inside of old town, so easy to go around. Very simple interior and cozy. But all rooms are very close each other, so you can hear all noise of neighbour, even a sound of opening/closing door. And our room was faced to street where there are many restaurants. So till late night, outside noise was so... More

Tucked away in picturesque Vied Tours, this hotel ticked almost all boxes for me. It is stylishly renovated boutique hotel that preserves the character but delivers 21st century comfort. My comfortable room on the first floor overlooks an ancient half-timbered structure opposite. It is large by French standards with plenty of room to move around the bed and for my... More
