Stayed here on the way back through France on the way to the tunnel. Had a well appointed and clean family suite. Very comfy beds, air con and shutters on the windows. Good restaurant on site with excellent waiting staff. All staff we met in the hotel were friendly, helpful and spoke fantastic English.

Stayed here in mid-August on our way down south. I reserved a suite for my wife and I and our three small children. Once entered onto the property, the first problem is finding a parking spot, not easy and the garage (which we would have had to pay) was too small for our car to fit in. Fortunately, a space... We booked a standard room on Expedia. Price was reasonable for France. Room bright and modern with a small balcony ( which we had not expected). Bathroom has tub and separate shower. Very modern and clean- looking. Grounds are spacious. Would be nice if pool was outdoors, but it's not. Restaraunt excellent. 15 minute walk into town or short tram... More

We stayed here as part of a Viking cruise. The rooms were very large and comfortable. The grounds were scenic and spacious. The restaurant was tremendous. I would definitely recommend a stay here, even though it is just a bit out of town but easily reachable on the tram.

The hotel is situated in a large garden on the edge of Tours. About a 15 minute walk into the old city. Rooms are of the modern style. Functional without much character. But quite comfortable and a good size, especially the suites. The dining room is situated in the old manor building and has no real style. The food for... More

We went there with our three kids ans we had one of the family suites (a separate bedroom and a living room plus another bed with a separation). They accompdated two cribs for our newborns, we used the separate bedroom and our oldest slept in the main room bed where the cribs where. The SPA is great, very clean, the... More

Very clean and well appointed, with views over the grounds and electric shutters on windows. Very quiet for a good sleep after a long day driving. Kids enjoyed the... More

We used the hotel as an overnight stop and arrived around 6.30pm in heavy rain. There's no proper indication of where you can park and one sign took us to the back of the hotel to some closed shutters. However we parked directly outside reception squeezing in to a space. The room was clean and smart. Strangely it had a... More

Not cheap but quality! Very good quality hotel in a quiet location, over the river from the old town of Tours. BUT don't follow the sat nav....it takes you into We stayed one night, booked directly with the hotel, and had a discounted rate (£170 instead of £245). Fantastic, secure grounds for a stroll, very good service at the reception... More

Just spent 3 nights at this hotel after staying in 3 other hotels in the Loire valley. On the whole we were disappointed. The first night the hotel failed to collect our breakfast order off the door fob, the second night we had a disappointing meal in the room and next day the WiFi failed for a few hours. We... More
