The most unhappy staff I have ever encountered. Reception staff completely oblivious to visitors and not helpful or engaging at all. Lady in the breakfast bar absolutely miserable and bad tempered. Spent whole time muttering under her breath and slamming utensils down as if visitors were an inconvenience. House maids only staff I saw smile and could say hello. Room... More

Nothing exceptional. A simple hotel with clean, functional rooms in a location that makes sense if you have business with the university next door. Poorly located if you are visiting Tours as a tourist, because it is located several miles from the city center. There is a large shopping mall across the street, with cinemas, restaurants, and shops. Courteous staff,... More

We stayed here for one night but are coming back in a weeks time. Very modern, looks like it has just come out of the box. Rooms have nice kitchen and good fittings. Reception personnel very helpful. Close to tram stop so Tours centre is very close. However our room was possibly the subject of some clumsy previous clients. Two... More

Was here on business travel a couple times and had long days at work. For me to have the opportunity to make some easy food at not to choose a restaurant everyday was great. The bowling alley nearby to play some games and served cold beer was really enjoyable. But.... I was missing some basic kitchen tools to make some... More

We stayed in this hotel just to overnight. The room is clean, has a small kitchen with the necessary facilities. Wifi is free of charge. There is a hairdryer in the room. The parking is for pay though. However, the parking on the street is free of charge.

We have stayed here for 3 nights, and considering that the price was higher than what we have paid in Appart City residences in France (which is another apartment chain), the quality was lower. We had a nice stay, but there were a few strange things which are worth mentioning: - there was no dining table and only one chair... More

This is a great hotel for stopover. Unlike many cheaper hotels that are located on the outskirts of a town, this hotel is a short stroll from a small shopping centre with three restaurants. There is also a small supermarket to buy your supper should one wish to make use of the small kitchenette in the room! The room itself... More

We stayed here for two nights. The rooms were clean and spacious, with tea making facilities. Luckily, our rooms did not face the tramways so it was very very quiet at night. The location was way out of Tours' city center, but we were driving, so it didn't really matter. It was pretty easy to find a free parking space... More

Luckily we were driving here in the daytime as at night I think you'd have no chance of finding it. The hotel is located on a 'new development' aka mainly a building site for a new light railway out of the centre of Tours. While we were waiting at the undermanned reception, the receptionist seemed to be busy dealing with... More

We stayed here mid August 2012. We caught the ferry from Dover to Calais on route to the dordogne, and decided that Tours would be a good overnight location. We found this hotel online and liked the idea of the kitchenette, so ended up booking a studio and 1 bedroom apartment - for the 6 of us (3 adults &... More
