Drove to this hotel directly from Paris (after a 7 hour flight). Hotel was easy to find and in a great location with a short walk to the main square and restaurants. Parking off street right outside the hotel. Hotel was quite quirky with the bathroom on one side of the bedroom and the toilet on the other. Very comfortable... More

This was ideal position-wise: Easy for shopping, and also access to a wide variety of restaurants. Also easy walking to the self-service laundry. Appreciated being able to park within the hotel grounds, in front of the hotel, but off-street.

Tours is a good base for visiting chateaux and we've stayed here before as this is the only hotel we know of in the centre of Tours which has adequate and easy parking (though it does cost extra). The location is good - quiet, but only a few minutes walk from the charming old centre, with its restaurants, cathedral etc.... More

Stayed 2 nights on a driving vacation through France Booked direct with the hotel after reviewing on line first Easy to book and discuss room options. We're suggested to book parking ( we had two soft top cars) and did so as there only about 15 parking spaces inside walled front car park otherwise parking in this old part of... More

Stayed the one night, and it rained, never showing a place to its best. Interior was a bit tired, and my room had a quaint arrangement of toilet & bathroom. However it was reasonably spacious, cost effective, and loads of bistros and bas literally around the corner.

Very nice place to stay. There were 33 in our group. I think our room was the best (# 108). Breakfast was excellent. Rooms clean and good. Our room overlooked the small garden. Very peaceful. A good location, 10-15 mins walk from the railway station, or 5 mins walk from tram stop "Anatole France" on the red tram line A.

The hotel is of an excellent standard with convenient free parking immediately next to reception. There is a pleasant garden to the rear and breakfast is plentiful and with a excellent choice. Bar and resaurants are within walking distance of the hotel and it is close to the river and riverside walks.

We only stayed here one night, but were pleased with the overall experience and good value. The size of the superior room and en suite were good. Tea and coffee making facilities were welcome too. The king size bed was extremely large and I found it comfortable, but my wife found it a little too hard for her liking and... More
