Good location (not in centre but close to it, 10-15 min walk). Clean, tidy, cozy. Very hospitable and helpful personnel. Not expensive. This is a hotel that rents space from an apartment building. The set up is a little unorthodox, but the people were friendly. You'll get better value for breakfast if you go to one of the many boulangeries along the avenue. Relatively close to train station.
