We stopped here for two nights and selected it because of its (free) parking lot, as we were touring the châteaux. It is across the river from the main dining/ shopping area - about a 15 minute walk, and although there were few people on the walk home, we never felt unsafe. It was a small, clean, quiet hotel. They... More

This compact, economy hotel is situated in a quiet back street with free, secure, off road parking. Delightful new owners who carried my bag to my room. Hardly luxurious but clean, comfortable and quiet. Good quality bed and bed linen and the brand new, immaculate bathroom was a bonus. Good value breakfast. Located a 15minute walk from the vibrant city... More

We only stopped here briefly, but our brief stay was nice. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. It is a short walk to the main city center and river. The owner (?) was very nice when we checked in and gave us some good advice on where to eat and some other travel plans we had. He checked in on... More

Arrived at "hotel" after long journey only to be received by cold receptionist, no warmth at all, rude and rushed- never experienced such poor treatment in all my travels worldwide. Bewarned this is not a hotel as per name but more a motel/bb with limited service hours, and location is rather far walk from town centre. Walls are thin, kids... More

This small hotel was very comfortable, clean and quiet, we were able to easily walk to restaurants and local historical sights with ease. The staff are warm, friendly and can help with planning with places you might like to visit. The hotel is not grand or ornate but suited us for our needs. A very comfortable place to base yourself... Situated close to the Loire and a short walk to shops, cafes and restaurants and a regular tram service this hotel is very well placed. There is plenty of private parking space off the road and we were lucky enough to be able to park right outside our bedroom. The rooms were comfortable and clean and a very good continental... More

Situated in a quiet residential area on the north side of the Loire about 100 metres from the river. Cross the river via the Pont Wilson bridge and you are into the busy part of Tours with plenty of lovely old buildings, restaurants, cafes and bars. The Hotel has ample free secure parking and although tucked away the sat- nav... More

Close to Tours city centre with Parking. Clean and functional rooms. Pleasant welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast at 8euro was good and value for money. Would stay here again if travelling through France.

We stopped here on our way from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport to a gite in the Dordogne. We decided to take a slightly longer route to take in Tours. The owner greeted us on arrival and carried our cases up to our room. The room was pleasant enough, though with not a lot of wardrobe space if you were... More
