My family spent the night here en route to a holiday further south. We booked it on the basis of it's location and the reviews on this site. It was a great location but lacked any real character and had zero charm. There was no real reception/ communal area - it felt more like a Travelodge at the front desk.... more

For the price we paid for this room, we expected a bit more. The decor and bedding could do with some updating. The breakfast was not freshly prepared. It was fine for one night but I would not stay for longer. The photographs on the website are misleading. more

Clean, somewhat dated hotel with comfortable beds and wonderful , fun location. A little worn in several areas, but very pleasant service and bright, charming delicious breakfast. Tough to find using mapquest....on a walking street. Ask for good directions as you cannot drive to the front of the hotel...must approach from behind. Good value....good service...great location. The hotel is located within 5 minutes walking distance from the Orleans Terminus rail station, so getting there is easy. There is also a large shopping mall with a Carrefour (the equivalent of Target) right across the street. The hotel is located in a pedestrian shopping zone near the center of town, with lots of shops and food places around.... more

After reading the reviews, we booked this hotel. It is rated number 1 in Orleans, after all. Check-in was easy. The hotel is quaint and cute. This hotel must be in the midst of renovating...as our group booked 4 rooms. The 2 rooms on the 1st floor were fresh and modern and looked newly renovated, with flatscreens and dark timber finishes. The two rooms on the 4th floor were still nice, but styled on dark oranges, and more rustic furniture. They did have a better view... more

The hotel does not have easy parking directly outside, so It is best to find a ca rpark near to the underpass and walk the short distance to the hotel which is situated on the corner of a pedestrianised area. I strongly recommend the Hotel Inter Terminus in Orléans, France. The people who own it are lovely, and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. The bathrooms were completely redone, and are comparable to the best anywhere. My room with a balcony was kept immaculately clean. You can buy wifi access very cheaply. This is a centrally located hotel. It is close to the train station and across a plaza from a large shopping mall. A tram stop is right outside the door. Several restaurants are nearby. I thought this was a pretty nice hotel for our tour through the Loire River Valley. Contrary to the other reviewers, we found some easy street parking on a side street, rue des Huguenots.
