We had booked Hotel d'orleans but when we turned up they had over booked so had booked us into this lovely hotel that were so welcoming and friendly which is just what you need after a 9 hour drive! Our room was fantastic and very French in decor, also extremely quiet. Loved the old fashioned lift and the music memorabilia... More

Access to the hotel and even finding the hotel is difficult, it lies in a pedestrian/tramline road, we drove around for some time, we were very close but never there. Finally we parked in front of a set of bollards whilst I searched on foot, on finding the hotel I was told that there was a microphone on a post... More

We stayed at the Best western Hotel d’Arc in Orléans for one night. Accessing the hotel could be tricky as it sits in a pedestrian street (only accessible to deliveries and public transportation). As a matter of fact, the street going to the hotel is blocked by bollards. Don’t panic, there’s an intercom next to those retractable bollards and simply... More

I stayed in this hotel while on my business trip to france. The hotel' only positive point is that it is close to city center. Rest all is average. The breakfast spread is average, the rooms are small, the toilets are very very small (not suitable for a fatso), carpet is not cleen. The hotel does not have restaurant, however... More

The hotel is very central. It has secure underground parking at the end of the street. The staff are very efficient friendly and helpful. There is no bar but you can buy drinks at reception. It had one of the best and most varied breakfasts I have seen in any hotel with both hot and cold food...well worth the money.... More

We have felt like in xviii century, in the heart of Orleans, but with all the confortableness of xxi century. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, as a awesome experience. From the elevator to the room decoration, everything makes you feel like in a dream

We stayed in this hotel as a stopover travelling to the South. We were greeted by a pleasant lady who was very welcoming. The room we had was on the third floor (325 from memory) and was nice and quiet. the "Courtyard View" was a little poetically described as the room looked over the alley at the back, but none... Whilst on a biking holiday we enjoyed 2 nights stay at this hotel at the start and end of our trip. The hotel was booked by our tour operator and we were pleased with their choice. The hotel is only a few minutes from the station. We had a clean, comfortable room with an excellent modern bathroom. Breakfast was very... More
