I choose this hotel for its location and style and we were not disappointed. It is very central with little traffic so the hotel is quiet. The decor is in keeping with old palaces and made it very special. It is nice to stay in hotels with characters. There is no lift and the staircase is small. The staff was... More

Located in the centre ville, getting in and out via car and parking can be a pain. There is no lift, so be prepared to haul your luggage up the tight, winding staircase. Room decor is quaint though smallish, bathroom is modern. Not a bad place to stay with some unique character but not top shelf either

We stayed one night in this historical building and loved it's flair. We have been warmly welcomed and had a room for 4 persons on the 1st floor. The hotel is very quiet even if it is in the middle of the city in a walking distance of all the attractions. The organic product based breakfast is great and you... More

We checked in to our room and started exploring the city. Unfortunately is late in the evening and we were leaving early the next morning so we did not get to see the sites in Orleans. But the hotel is staffed 24 hours a day and they have a bar and lounge nest to the lobby. They also have a... More

We weren't quite sure where to stay as we made a last-minute decision to got to the Loire Valley and many of the hotels in recommended cities were booked. We are a family of 4 with two teens so need a room with bedding for everyone. While a bit pricey, this was a very nice room. There was a trundle... More

The rooms in this hotel are full of old world charm. Nice big bedroom with a king size bed. Big bathroom with shower over the bathtub and plenty of hot water. Good position of main shopping street. Reception staff were very helpful with information about restaurants and sightseeing activities. The hotel offers a little luxury on a budget. There is... More
