This is the most charming French country inn. The room we stayed in (Room 15) was clean, light and airy, with a tasteful decor. This hotel was one of the high points of our trip to France. The hotel is beautiful -- both rooms and gardens. Nice bathrooms. The food is spectacular, and dinner was served on the gorgeous patio. When I saw this hotel described in Rick Steve's France as being "like walking into an impressionist painting," I knew this was the one for us. And it was! The first view of the gardens was a "wow this is really nice" moment. The parking requires some maneuvering (one way in/out) but is very secure and accessible to the rooms.... more
