The hotel is close enough to the center of the city (possible to walk), offers an excellent breakfast for an ok price, and free wireless in the rooms if you want to check email and do normal things, I don't think there is nothing to complain about this hotel.
Usually if you stay at an Ibis you know what you are going to get, a good clean room at a reasreakonable price. This one did not disappoint, having negotiated numerous roadworks because Dijon is putting in a new tram line, I found the hotel and parked in a safe car park under the hotel for just 6 euros.

Fairly near the centre of Dijon. Good friendly service. High prices for drinks and snacky foods. Good basic rooms for a stop over.
