This hotel does not live up to it's 4* rating. Good location, decent bed but no drawers in the room and very little hanging space. Paltry supplies of tea and coffee, one packet of biscuits between us and one paper cup each. Bathroom was nice and clean and lovely shower. However, the ugly concrete floor got soaking wet when you... More

We're staying here 2 nights. It is across the street from the main train station in Dijon and within easy, 10 minutes, walking distance to the shopping area in the old town. The staff here are especially helpful and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We'd certainly stay here again and would also consider other Kyriad sites in... More

Stayed here for a stopover on route back from the south of France. Dijon is about half way and a great place to wander round the old town and go out for a meal. We found some things good, and some things not so good about this hotel. The location is good; short walk into the town centre. The room looked... More

Be aware... We've decided for the Kyriad Prestige Centre in Dijon because of its central location. Travelling with a 4 months old baby, it's better to be a walking distance from restaurants, sightseeing etc... The first impression of the room was that it was comfortable and had good facilities (even though it had some noise that came from the street... More

This hotel is all top show, just OK for an overnight stop. What prestige hotel would supply paper cups for the coffee and flimsy plastic cups in the bathroom. Certainly has ideas above it's station!! The air conditioning wasn't working and when we arrived before check in time the staff at reception were quite off hand and not very welcoming.... More

Nice hotel every amenity under the sun (safe, kettle, fridge, hair dryer, toiletries, iPod docking station, TV, air con and plenty of sockets) only a couple of faults the bathroom door was stuck so had to push hard to open (couldn't quietly go to bathroom in middle of the night!!), the shower didn't drain so had to stop showering half... Very nice hotel. Very Helpful staff. I am 100% satisfied!! Value for money. I recommend it for holidays or business!! The area is quiet and the people are there to help. The room was very clean with all the required staff included.

A superb hotel with outstanding staff. We stayed on our way back from the South of France and were amazed at the level of attention paid by the staff (especially the guy on reception). We have x3 children and found this a great stay for families, couples or singles who require a professional, quality hotel which is really value for... More

I agree with the reviewer who says the bed and pillows were comfortable, they were! We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the train station. Perfect, and also for reaching the town center. So, location is very good. The room was a normal size, with kettle, safe, fridge. Wi-fi worked very, very slowly. The bathroom was fine too,... More

Good hotel in a great location, right next to train station but with good soundproofing you can't hear the trams or street noise. Comfy bed and great soft pillows. Nice clean bathroom and clean room. Only complaint is the bright neon flood lights at the front of the building that stay on all night. The rooms don't have blackout curtains... More
