We only stayed here for one night in late August. The hotel is in an excellent location in the town centre and actually located on a street included in the walking tour of the town. We arrived in Dijon on a Sunday - so it was very quiet with all the shops closed. The hotel staff were very friendly, spoke OK English, and helped us find a small store to buy food and drinks from. The beds had insects. We complained and were rudely told it was our fault because we had opened the window - the insects were not on top of the bed but under the covers.
