Overall a clean and tidy hotel, but rather dark and forbidding inside. Hotel is located a bit far from the city center. Parking is onsite but costs extra. Room was tiny with the smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Husband, who is normal size, had difficulty turning around it there! Noise from street: had to open window due to hot... More

On the plus side: Hotel Wilson is very well located a short walk from the old centre of Dijon, and has secure parking. We spent one night in a family apartment (two adjoining rooms each with a shower room). The manager on reception was friendly and helpful when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and everything in the bathrooms was... More

Stayed a few nights here and no complaints! Staff was very friendly and were knowledgeable about the area. Hotel is in a good location, a little quieter which is nice. I would have liked breakfast to be less expensive but it's not a deal breaker at all. Rooms were very clean, updated, and the grounds of the hotel were well... More

The hotel is very clean and charming. The room was airy, but although we had booked a supreme room it looked the same as all the others. The bathroom was modern and well thought out, with and bath and a shower. Unfortunately, when I booked the hotel I thought there was a restaurant on site, as we were only there... More

Charming hotel, full of character and elegance. Rooms are beautifully within keeping of the 17th century feel of the hotel as are the entrance and breakfast room. Hotel links perfectly with the old part of Dijon which is less than an easy 10 min stroll from hotel. A fine dining restaurant is adjacent to the hotel although we didn't eat... More

the idea that this. Hotel is in an unsafe part of town is laughable .The building is old and the rooms are certainly small, partly because they have carved out decent-sized modern bathrooms. We had a superior room but I would not recommend this for a long stay.Breakfast had freshly squeezed orange juice. We had no difficulty when we asked to leave our... On our last trip, we stayed in 7 hotels in 10 days. This was a wonderful surprise. The hotel was charming and historic, beautifully decorated. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast could be improved, but it was perfect for the price, the location, and having the opportunity to stay in such a historic building.

I am mixed on this review. On one hand, the hotel is extremely charming on the INSIDE, but our first impression of the OUTSIDE was "umm...perhaps we shouldn't stay here". We actually almost decided to not go in to be honest. The picture on the website is actually the BACK of the hotel where their garages are. The front does... More

Based on the recommendation from a friend, we booked a room at the Hotel Wilson for our stay in Dijon. We found the staff to be incredibly pleasant, responsive, and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and well-decorated. The food was your typical French continental breakfast. We had a room on the second floor (Room 213). Walking down the hall... More
