We stayed at the Hotel Le Jacquemart for 3 nights during a recent trip around France and would definitely recommend this boutique hotel if you're after somewhere simple but comfortable to stay in close proximity to Dijon's old town. The hotel is in an old building and is very quaint with loads of character. All that "character" means that there's... More

A good choice for a two/three star hotel but avoid room 24! It is like a cave with just one small window. Thankfully we were moved to another room. As others have said, this hotel is in a great location for exploring Dijon. Breakfast was adequate and the price was what we were looking for this short stay.

A lovely old style hotel, with pleasant staff. I stayed on the top floor so taking my luggage up was a bit of a stuggle with no elevator and very narrow stairs. The room was nice and clean and there was a pedestal fan in the room as it was a hot summer. There was a basin in my room... More

The hotel is located in town center. It's very nice in an old building with Classic structure of Dijon houses. The hotel is very big, but our chamber was in 3rd floor and it has not a lift!! The stairs are steep, like an old house of Venice or Florence and a bit dangerous go upstair or downstair with luggages.... More

Stayed with my husband, 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter on our journey from Manchester to frejus. It was a little tricky to find but is in a lovely quiet spot in the backstreets. When I asked reception about buying a parking ticket, I was advised to just use the pay and display which was only a... More

Excellent value for money. Room and bathroom were clean and had a nice view of the street below. The room was a little hot but it was summer in France so that's to be expected! Just slightly outside main downtown centre but VERY accessible. We walked everywhere! Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the breakfast.

The place had a nice little lobby with games to borrow. The room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was a-ok. Located near antique shops and plazas, the hotel was centrally located. There was a time limit in that you had to get back in before (12?) or you needed a code. Do get a room on the Rue Verrerie side.... More

It was three of us. We got a bedroom for two nights and ended up paying 50 euros each. The hotel's location is very convenient literally. It's a 5 min walk from Republique, a 5 min walk to the Palais des Ducs. The hotel is relatively old, but pretty well maintained. It has a very funny feel to it. You... More

I stayed two nights at this hotel as a 50+ woman traveling solo. I wanted to love this quaint hotel, situated on a historic and picturesque street right out of Louis XIV's France. The reception person was friendly and I loved the hotel's décor and ambience. Unfortunately, I found it to be very hot and noisy, to the point where... More

Old-style French charm in an historic building in the heart of Dijon. I was on the third floor in I guess what would have been the servants' quarters, up a tiny wooden staircase, simple room with views over the rooftops, shared bathroom/ toilet, which was fine. It's not had much done to it over the years, and retains an old-fashioned... More
