Hotel Jacquemart was exactly what my husband and I were looking for on our two day trip to Dijon. Our room was basic but clean and found the hotel to be a great price when comparing to the rest of the hotels we had looked at in France. It was very close to shopping, restaurants, etc. We even were able... More

Arrived late at night and managed to park right outside the hotel which is in the old and very charming part of town. The lady on reception was a delight - she didn't speak English and my French is pretty patchy but we got by and we were shown our family room. Having stayed in many family rooms in France... More

Not sure how this got such a good trip advisor review and maybe front rooms are much better , so recommend you make sure your not at the back. We stayed overnight enroute to Germany. Gps struggled to find address but finally we managed to park in the street nearby early evening. Reception was very pleasant and we located our... More

This is a quaint and typical French hotel in an old building so it doesn't have lifts. If you can't imagine dragging your luggage up to 3 or 4 storey high, then don't stay here or try your luck to request for lower floors. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and on the 3rd storey (we did... More

We staid one night at this hotel as part of our honeymoon trip. The place is very poorly maintained and stinks like cigarette smoke. There are no elevators (we had to drag our 4 suitcases to the 3rd floor) and the stair cases are very narrow. Just see attached images. I would never stay here again. P.S. NO BATHROOM IN... More

At 34 euro this was the best value for money hotel I stayed at in France. Surprisingly comfy beds, clean and in a good location. It has a computer with free internet. It was old so a bit noisy, with thin walls. Not recommended for people with heavy luggage, as there are no lifts and 3-4 floors with steep steps.

The main strength of this hotel is its location – just in the city center, in one of the most picturesque old (yet quiet) streets, just a stone’s throw from the main square and all major attractions. The hotel itself has its pluses and minuses. The entrance hall and the common space display a nice traditional French style that makes... More

Hotel le Jaquemart is a lovely old hotel right in the heart of the old town. The rooms are beautiful, with some very traditional architectural features but also with modern comforts that you would expect including free wi-fi. Just a short walk from lots of great bars and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful.

My husband and I enjoyed a couple of nights here following a bike/barge trip. Our room was spacious and simply furnished. We chose the Comfort level, one step up from the most basic Standard room. The bathroom was clean and fully functional with the exception of a hairdryer. The staff quickly provided me with a functioning hair dryer. On the... More

A quaint hotel in the middle of the city centre. Just 4 tram stops away from the train station and in the middle of the medieval city centre. It was exactly what we needed. I lovely room with clean sheets and ensuite bathroom for a very affordable price. The receptionist spoke excellent English and was very helpful. They sell guides... More
