Old-style French charm in an historic building in the heart of Dijon. I was on the third floor in I guess what would have been the servants' quarters, up a tiny wooden staircase, simple room with views over the rooftops, shared bathroom/ toilet, which was fine. It's not had much done to it over the years, and retains an old-fashioned... More

Stayed in May as part of an Intrepid Group Tour, what an awesome place, even more amazing was the buildings around the hotel dating back to the 17th Century, everything you need in this amazing city was within walking distance and I wish we could have spent more time there. The breakfast was included and was very nice; a good... More

And that is exactly why I am giving it 5 stars. We are budget travelers, and were looking for a hotel in a great location that offered a choice of shared facilities, just as the one we always use for our stays in Paris (Marignan). The Jacquemart delivered and even exceeded our expectations. Our top-floor room (#30) overlooked the street,... More

We found this hotel from the Lonely Planet France guidebook while travelling from Calais to Spain. We had nowhere booked as we didn't know how long we wanted to drive on the day. I'm very glad we had satnav, not sure we'd have found it otherwise. Very friendly, helpful staff both on checking in and out and with a great... More

This modest hotel is very well located in the old center of Dijon with many options for dining and drink nearby. The room was spacious and clean and had a sitting area right outside the room. Breakfast was ample with the same choices daily. The staff was extremely helpful. Good choice for budget travelers. Good internet.

Great location, very comfortable and clean. The room and bathroom was very spacious which I very surprised. You were given wifi for only one devise but neither of us could get connected very annoying. Given we only stayed one night it was ok however if you were staying longer it would be problematic particularly if you require Internet regards tours,... More

Very central. Warm welcome. English spoken . Token for reduced cost of parking. Always a problem to park if you need a centrally located hotel. Room exceptionally spacious for France. Good shower, always a bonus and plenty of towels. Breakfast plentiful.

Had a lovely two days in Dijon at this friendly and comfortable hotel. Staff very helpful when some of my family was ill, and accommodated us for an extra day. Our two rooms very comfortable and fully furnished. Breakfast was very ample. Easy walking distance to museums and restaurants in this lovely town.

Stayed here at the cheapest room for night. The toilet and shower are actually outside but not a problem at all as it was very clean. Good value for money! Would recommend for budget travellers! Free wifi in room and very comfortable bed! The only problem is the stairs are really steep so be careful...

The four of us stayed in the family room on our way to skiing, the room was large, clean and the bedding was excellent. We were very happily surprised by a generous breakfast. The hotel is ideally situated near the halles with its phlebora of very French restaurants, beware very limited choice on Sunday evening.
