Location, staff and cleanliness very good, Beware, there are no coffee or tea facilities in the room. There is no lift to third floor. The rooms are very small for two people. No wardrobe hanging space since it is full of spare bending and the door fell off. Could not have a bath since the plug did not seal so... More

Spent one night here when travelling south. Nothing wrong with it but nothing special. We were able to park quite close with a Blue badge...otherwise our blurb said parking available nearby for €15... Not offered valet parking as others suggest. Room was fine...a bit cramped when sofa bed made up for the kids.( done for us when we went out... More

We booked in here because we wanted to eat at their 2-star restaurant, which they kindly facilitated for us but the hotel was a disappointment. Once you get past the restaurant-related swish reception & the charming bell-boy offering valet parking (great!) the dark and labyrinthine journey to the room via a tiny lift and a flight of creaky stairs set... My daughter and I stayed for 1 night on our drive back to Paris I chose this hotel after reading great reviews, from the moment we pulled up in our car we were 100% impressed The valet car service was excellent at €15 per day I booked a superior room due to lots of luggage and the bathroom was seriously... The hotel is well located just a few minutes stroll from the Ducal Palace and a few meters from the main shopping centre. The hotel is an old house which has been tastefully converted. The reception area is well staffed and offers valet parking at reasonable rates. Everyone worked very hard to make you feel welcome. There is a lift... More

We picked this hotel because of the 2 michelin star restaurant but there were a lot of plusses in addition to this. It is a great location for sightseeing and shopping and has a parking service where you drop of your car and it is parked securely and then delivered when you want to leave. Very helpful in a medieval... More

Beautifully renovated modern room and very spacious. Hotel staff were exceptionally nice and helpful when my husband was unwell. Could not fault the service altogether. Lovely view of the multi-coloured cathedral roof from the window. Hotel was very centrally situated only a street away from the Rue de Liberty. The 2 star Michelin restaurant was fantastic for food, ambience and... More

The hotel had been recently renovated and the carpet still smelled new.. Rooms are a bit modern for my taste, but comfortable and very clean which is always a plus. Size was good even though I was traveling alone, there was plenty of room for two persons. Spa tub is a nice touch, but the highlight was the restaurant of... More

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, probably the nicest Best Western we've stayed in. It was recently renovated with a playful, modern feel. We had a king size bed, a pretty good sized room and a spa bath. The weather had been chilly and we walked all day, and at the end of the day to sit in the jetted... More

The hotel was recently renovate, large and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, but ends at 10am, we are late bird, only get chance to have it once. Location is great, walking distance to all historical site/restaurant. The staffs were also friendly and helpful.
