We stayed at this hotel in early June, it is right near the train station, and quite close to the city center. It was amazingly quiet, considering the proximity of so many trains.

Good value and as driving and parking in Dijon is expensive and a bit of a nightmare, this hotel is a very good location, as it has free parking and it's a short 10 minute walk into town.
