Stayed the night of Christmas eve. Location: super central. Reception: efficient and pleasant. Room: simple but very comfortable. Breakfast: not exceptional but sufficient. Impossible to find a restaurant in Dijon on X-mas eve, but the receptionist and restaurant manager went out of their way for find a solution in their(very expensive) restaurant(which was officially fully booked). This is the WORST hotel I've ever seen in my life! Any backpackers lounge or cheap hotel in Asia or Europe would be cleaner and tidier than this Ibis. Any highway hotel in America would most probably get a 3 star rating if they were compared to this Ibis. I just ended my wine-tasting tour and business trip in Burgund... more

We stayed here because of the location. It is what it is: It is relatively inexpensive, so it's obviously not a four star hotel. We had walked & travelled a great deal, so we just stopped there, checked a room, and it seemed good enough. The room was ok for a two star hotel the only complain is that we were welcomeby a strong sweat odor that didn't go away even after keeping our windowsopen for a full day...it seemed like the room had been scentend with the smell for quite a while....if it wasn't for that it would have been an okhotel to be. more

This was a basic, clean and comfortable hotel. It is located centrally and is convenient to all parts of the city. The rooms are basic and have cable television and pay-per-view movies (all in French). The restaurant is relatively expensive (more expensive than a night in the hotel)! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. more
