The check-in was efficient- we had stayed before so needed no explanation from the receptionist. Rooms are very stylish, super-king sized beds, which if I am being critical are a little firm for my liking. The bathroom is stylish, let down slightly by a shower in the bath rather than a separate shower. The toilet was separate from the bathroom... More

The rooms are terrific. Check in is a bit gap hazard feels like they are suing at hotel. The dining in hotel is standard not French typical kind of holiday inn in the states food .... Tres mal. So it's a mixed bag.

We had booked a privilege room. The Room it self was great, but we were located right by the lifts and our sleep was disturbed from 7am onwards. We had a brilliant meal in the restaurant in the evening and can recommend eating there. However the contrast between that experience and breakfast the following morning was staggering. The breakfast was... More

Stopped off here enroute to the Alps and was very pleased with our choice. All extremely comfortable, and actually felt pretty stylish for the weeekens price (130 euros for two connecting rooms). Kids get a free breakfast, and there's a couple of good restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is easily reached by tram from the station - so this may be a better option than a taxi if you really must stay there. We stayed for only one night but as the Mercure ethos of wanting to make every stay perfect was not shared by the staff, we decided not to re-visit when we returned to... More

Stayed here for just one night during Dijon business trip. Nice hotel, very close to Tram 1 route and stop; some 15 minutes from old city. Also, grocery store just meters away. My stay did not include breakfast, and did not take it, as it costs 17,5 eur per person. Just not worth it. Also, other food related prices just... More

The location is on Tram Route 1, Auditorium station, so easily accessible from Dijon Ville station and still only 15 minutes walk to old town. On first appearances our room was lovely - well appointed, comfy bed and super bathroom. A few things manifested themselves - air-con not working, safe worked once, then refused to reset, and the room key... More

This Mercure tries hard to be upscale, but sadly fails. The location is not too bad - a 15 minutes walk from the old city center, though with little infrastructure in terms of restaurants and cafes. Problems begin when you try to park your car. I have not entered such a catastrophic parking in many years. Extremely narrow, no way... More

We only had one night here but it was fine for what we wanted. The privilege room was clean, spacious and had a view of the garden and pool. The bed was firm but comfortable and the room was quiet with tea/coffee making and free wifi. The big advantage for us was the ability to park our car securely for... More
