There is no mistake that this is a chain hotel, it is bland and uniform. Our "Privilege Suite" was smaller than the website photo which was probably taken with a wide angle lens. This is one of the more expensive Mercures - but at least it has free secure parking. It's a good 10' walk from the historic centre. The breakfast is expensive but quite good. The rooms are OK and the bathrooms quite good.

This hotel is located some distance from the old town of Dijon, but a tram is right outside the door. The tram is useful too for travelling from the railway station.
