“Forget it - Evidently closed - and did not bother to tell us!”

Drove up to find a FERME (closed) sign on the front door...this on Sept 24, after receiving a confirmatino reservation on the 5th of September. Never receied any alert or message from them. If this is the level of service, no wonder they went under!

We arrived at this hotel early evening to be advised by the Receptionist that credit cards could not be accepted and that we should draw euros from a cash machine in the town. Next we were shown to a room with very old (not antique) tatty furniture in keeping with fittings and fixtures. The room looked out on a building... More

A small and friendly hotel with much character and the perfect swilling bolthole. The breakfasts were great - particularly the boiled eggs, despite Gethin eating them raw.
