Excellent hotel in the heart of Beaune, a short walk from the Hotel Dieu. Charmingly efficient service. Traditionally decorated rooms. Good breakfast. Slow WIFI, but otherwise everything you could wish for.

We stayed in two rooms at Le Cep in June 2015. Room 111 was one of the noisiest rooms we’ve experienced during nearly 2 years of travel and more than 300 hotels and B&B’s. It overlooks a very busy, very loud courtyard. The cacophony of sounds began at 6am when staff members roll all sorts of noisy objects across the... More

We stayed at LeCep while biking through the Burgundy region. It's a comfortable place in the center, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. The bar in the lobby is a great place to meet fellow travelers.

Loved our one night stay for my birthday. The staff was friendly and the rooms had so much character! Loved all the creaks in the stairs and exposed wood from many years ago. What a great location -- not far from a wonderful little market and a number of restaurants. Breakfast was nice and there was a huge variety of... More

My wife and i recently spent two nights at Le Cep. This is a very nice hotel right in the middle of the old town....only steps to shops.....restaurants...and all the key city sites. We arrived at the hotel after our overnite flight and drive from Paris...and our rental car was valet parked...and we were in our room for a nap... More

We stayed at the hotel for four days while on a private tour. It was a unique experience. Right in the center of town it was in easy walking distance of where we wanted to go. The staff was most cordial and helpful. The room was large, well appointed and comfortable. The hotel itself is obviously the product of time... More

A nice hotel abeit a little dated located in a great part of town. Our room (Mercurey) was extremely large for France...loved it! Beds were large and comfy. The room was dated, but that was its only flaw. The staff was amazing with recommendation and very friendly both before and after.

This is a very nice hotel that is conveniently located in the Beaune old town. The staff speaks fluent english and are very helpful. I would say that most of the guests were American. Even though we stayed in a entry level room, I felt it was spacious - by European standards - with comfortable beds, and paid a very... More

This hotel was mostly terrific - well located, very friendly and helpful staff, our room was really large and nicely decorated. The ONLY complaint I had was while just about everything was perfect, the bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable. It was like I could feel the springs coming out of it and digging into my back. I did... More
