My husband and I stayed two nights at Hotel Le Cep in March 2015. Because it was low season, the hotel was pretty empty. We had reserved a smaller room but upon arrival we were automatically upgraded to a larger room since the hotel wasn't booked. The hotel itself is beautiful and ornate. It definitely feels genuine and authentic medieval... More

We checked in after Paris and had a delightful stay. Everything seemed luxurious from champagne to the in room bathrobe & slippers. The bellmen were attentive & the front desk attendant, Megan was exceptional and so kind to our family. The decor is traditional but everything was very clean and well kept. The location is perfect for exploring Beaune. We... More

We stayed here for a night stopover between the alps and Paris and it's an absolute find. From the beautifully eclectic reception to the courtyard and the rooms you won't be disappointed. We received a very warm welcome on pulling up and our car and luggage were taken without fuss. When we were shown up to our room there were... More

Right in the heart of Beaune - so location you can't beat it. Always walking distance from anywhere worth going! Rooms are comfortable. Lobby and bar a tad OTT but full of character! Staff could not be faulted and went out of their way to help. In fact everyone in Beaune was amazingly friendly. It has to go down as... More

If you decide to visit Beaune ( beautiful medieval town in divine wine country), this hotel will add positively to your experience. It has character and charm as well as creature comforts. On arrival, there is a free space in front of the hotel for your car, which is then whisked away and valet parked. We are staying in the... More

The restaurant is not run by the hotel and was reluctant to offer anything but smoked salmon or pea soup for room service. The hotel staff were obliging and provided snack food. We were upgraded to a suite for wheelchair users. The bathroom though modified was unsuitable and the room contained far too much furniture

A lovely hotel situates right in the center of Beaune. Room is nice and comfortable. Sleek, colorful and beautiful lobby that will please those who like to take photograph. The freshly squeezed blood orange is super delicious at breakfast. All tourist attractions are within short walking distance. You will enjoy strolling around this charming town.

A beautiful historic hotel in the quaint village of Beaune. Our room had a balcony overlooking a courtyard. The crimson leaves clinging to the hotel walls were gorgeous. Each room is unique. Fine dining in the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful and most speak English. A perfect hotel to explore the French countryside.

Nice. We were three couples in Beaune in February 2014 for three days of wine tasting. The staff at the Le Cep made our stay pleasant and easy. They arranged transportation from and to the train station in Dijon. In connection with our wine visits, they helped us book a car and driver in advance. They called taxis and recommended... More

We only had one night in Le Cep but would have happily stayed a lot longer. We had a room with a mezzanine (loft) for a bedroom. Exceptionally clean and excellent bathroom and large shower. They had a large variety of rooms, some very large and others smaller, but like ours excellent. Breakfast was served "underground"in what was probably a... More
