unfortunately we were expecting a 5 star hotel only to find a hotel in need of refurbishing. Great big rooms but furniture is badly made . Sofa flipped up when you sat down. And the bed should have been thrown out years ago. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. 5 star it is not. more

GORGEOUS hotel. Fabulous bathroom, helpful staff, comfortable and beautiful. Only tough part was finding it - the sign for Rue Maufoux is easy to miss because it's on a pole with numerous other signs that'll attract your attention. This was an absolute gem - we'd stay there again in a heartbeat. We walked all over downtown Beaune very easily. more

Stayed overnight at this hotel while driving from France to Geneva and it was a good stop over at an elegant hotel. Service was swift and friendly and they provided a suite at the price of a standrd room. The hotel well located in the centre of the town and parking on site (even putting our car in their garage).... more

We had not booked did a great deal at the desk and ended up in a suite with its own lift. I think it was the bigest bed we have ever seen. Breakfast in the courtyard under the medievil tower. Great hotel and worth the money. more

We spent one night here en route to the South. Beaune is well situated as a first night stop - about 5 hours on the motorway from Calais and Boulogne.
