I stayed for 2 days while visiting Beaune/Burgundy and this was a nice place. Clean, calm and very central to Beaune itself for restaurants and sights. Staff was curteous and helpful. The rooms where large (enough) and clean. I would go again.

If you are looking for a well run, small hotel in Beaune then this is the place. Just a block outside of the historic center makes this easy to enjoy all that is Burgundy. Rooms are clean, quite, very comfortable and they have WiFI. Staff is very helpfull. It is also about 10 min walk from the train station.
